Reception staff were not friendly and helpful.
Room was big and clean, and housekeeping staff were polite.
Take note that early Nov in autumn they will disable the aircon and only provide heating so the room remains permanently at 28 degrees - belatedly realised there were other reviewers who warned about this. Staff will advise you to open the window if you feel stuffy and hot. However, this means noise from traffic and the baseball batting cage located next to the hotel. But I guess noise is better than getting a heatstroke.
Pretty close walk to haeundae station, and convenient to have a convenience store downstairs and McDonald’s across the road.

Service staff was excellent. Everything was explained in detailed. Room was also quite spacious. Location wise is okay, with taxi stand located at the main entry of the hotel.

I spent three nights at Shilla Stay and it truly exceeded my expectations. I was delighted by the warm and attentive service, the impeccable cleanliness, the perfect location, and the breathtaking view. The breakfast menu was also very enjoyable.
The only small drawback was that the selection of fruits could have been more varied.
The professionalism and care of the reception, housekeeping, and catering teams truly impressed me, leaving a memorable experience-l will definitely look forward to visiting again.

During check in, I was fortunate enough to get an upgrade to ocean view. The hotel came with toothbrush and tooth paste along with few snacks and beverages for the stay. The beds were clean and the view was spectacular.
The hotel is located right across Haeundae beach and it was convenient to walk around the area. Overall recommend this hotel.

The location of the property is good, and room is functional enough though a bit small.
Bearing the Shilla brand I would expect the property to provide more/better amenties and better maintained. The property condition is not great. Breakfast is so so and I should have booked the room without breakfast as there are plenty of eatery around.
Overall I wouldn‘t stay here again. Doesn’t worth the price and definitely nothing closes to a “real” Shilla.

Very good location, very near the breach and have a lot of restaurant nearby the hotel.. city view room is not the best. Trip .com have half price discount for breadfast .

The hotel is located close to the beach front as well as the main pedestrian walking street.
We had a spacious room with a lovely view. The bathroom was roomy and clean. We found the hotel staff very helpful and friendly.
The closest metro station -Haeundae-was about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. We did a day trip which picked us up from the metro station. So all in all a great hotel in a fabulous location.
