Busan Gijang-gun Hotels

The hotel environment is good, the scenery is great, the scenery is everywhere, the bed is quite big, the view from the room is particularly good, the sunrise is beautiful, I will stay here again next time.

Someone has stayed in other rooms in this hotel and felt that this room was inferior. The room was rather dirty, and there were many traces of use. In addition, the shower gel was empty, which troubled me very much. Moreover, the room had a stinky smell. It took a long time to dissipate, but the whole room was filled with the smell of the bathroom. On the contrary, the space is relatively large. The only advantage is that it has a clothes dryer and a washing machine, which is very suitable for traveling guests. 

The central heating was so cold at 24 degrees. The set temperature of 28 degrees was useless, and the duplex bed on the second floor was so cold that my friend woke up at 3 in the morning and shivered so much that she is now catching a cold. And it wasn't easy to check in from the parking lot. There were almost no signs in the parking lot, and there was only a sign on the floor leading to the entrance, and the person working there didn't know. The staff seemed almost unfriendly. I arrived 30 minutes early and was told to wait for check-in. The waiting area was also small and uncomfortable. Heating and hotel guidance need to be improved. The pool is available for guests, but except for the indoor area. It's a paid discount, but it's too expensive. I registered my car incorrectly, so I had a hard time leaving. It's a 5-star hotel, but the service is terrible.

I've stayed here before when I went to Lotte World. The surrounding infrastructure and the location of the route are all the best. It's much better and cleaner than a motel hotel. I'll use it again. I recommended it to people around me.

The facilities are clean and the ocean view is great, so I recommend booking an ocean view room! The room is not that big, but if you are on a business trip, the size is just right. There are shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, so you only need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. It is an hour away from the airport by car, but it is close to Haedong Yonggungsa Temple and Lotte World in Gijang. The only regret is that the view between the bed and the bathroom is not completely blocked, so when you come out of the shower, your companion can see you... But overall, I am satisfied!

조식.석식. 포함으로 묵고 왔습니다. 장점. 바다뷰 이쁜건물외관(이번에 금상탔다함 ♡) 친절한 프론트데스크 단점. 1.룸 크기가 많이 작음.(사진과는 차이가.. 어디든 그렇지만) 2.자쿠지 청결도가 아쉬움 (주변에 청소건도 보이지않고 외부에 노출되어있어 탕을 한번 씻고 들어가려는데 방법이없음) 3.블라인드는 전동으로 설치했으면 더 좋았을것임.한두개도 아니고 4~5개를 수동으로 쓰는건 별로였음. 4.어메니티 수준이 낮음 (칫솔.치약.바디 등 이건 싸구려 모텔수준의..) 5.샤워기불량. 수전흔들림등 작은것들 에서 부족함이 보임. (예를들면 아로마오일 놓는곳 캔들이 불량이라 사용불가 라든지, 하이볼재료중 레몬에 곰팡이가 있딘던지 등) 6.석식 1부에 음식은 모두 훌륭했으나 나오는 순서가 틀렸음 텐푸라는 1부 마지막에 별도로 나오던지 해야할텐데 순서대로 음식을 먹으면 이미 튀김은 식어버림. 결국 식어서 남기고옴. 2부 스테이크, 환기문제를 해결해야할듯. 모든 객실 고객이 비슷한 시간대에 동시에 고기를 구우니 연기가... 그리고 1부,2부 라고 직원이 안내해주시니 다들 3부는 뭐냐고 물음. 저또한 그랬음. 용어의 변경이 필요할거같음. 7.가운사이즈.. M이랑 L사이즈 밖에없음. XL도 필요하고, XXL도 필요함. 고객의 체격의 다양성을 존중해주세요ㅜㅜ. 비밀. 프론트에서 자쿠지 온수나오는 시간 1,2,3부 안내해주는데 걍 전시간 다나옴. 왜 그러는지는 모르겠음. 암튼. 그래요 사진은 숙소 앞 편의점 여기가 젤 가까움.

Also, there was a CU very close to the hotel, which was convenient🤍 The nearest station was quite far away, so I think it would be better to take a taxi or bus when traveling from the airport or other places with a lot of luggage‼︎😊

The interior is nice and very clean. Every time I come to Busan, I always seem to stop by for at least one night. The underfloor heating is also good, so it's warm The front and back are under construction, but the scenery will be pretty when the construction is finished. The breakfast is rich and there are many things to eat. Thank you.

The journey to the apartment is ok. This area is a new area by Lotte group. This area has premium outlet, mall and themepark. There are new developments ongoing like convention centre hub. The apartment is great for families. All well equipped. The luggage storage is actually near the main entrance on the right, just in case you are looling for it. Due to the communication barrier and this aprtment is managed by Le collective (remotely) they do not have personal to sit at office to service you. The people who are working there belongs to the the developer and mostly they do not know and will ask you to ask Le collective by email or calls.
