Busan Hotels with Wifi

Stayed four nights in this hotel. Location is good with a pretty view of the sea. Loved that they changed our slippers daily without prompting. However, on one of the days we requested for change of bed linens only to find out that it wasn’t changed. front desk was kind of rude to my mother when she tried to borrow an umbrella. Otherwise no much interaction with their staff. All in all a satisfactory stay, especially considering the hotel is still relatively new.

We r very pleased with the location of the hotel as it is right smack at the food street and market and walking distance to the railway to anywhere. We r glad for the laundry and dryer room in the basement where it is coin operated. The lady there was extremely helpful. Thank you!! The room was clean. Only no aircon ...maybe cos it is spring (April) so we had to open the balcony door to let the cool air in however since we were on the 6th floor the 'fragrance' from the food shops below blows into our room when the wind flows our way.

Tissue papers all around sink when I first checked in. Instead of apologizing to me personally, the Duty manager Mr Brian Park refused to see me throughout the 3 days of my stay and hide in his office.(Cave) So disappointed,to receive such service from such reputable establishment Marriott Group.

I don’t recommend this hotel at all. I couldn’t sleep for my 3 nights stay. First thing, the reception doesn’t understand English. They didn’t know about my reservation. After 10 minutes, I was given my room keys. The room was clean but the trouble began at night. Light was constantly coming out through the blinds and curtains. I don’t know why they had see through white blinds and mesh curtains. I called the receptionist but she didn’t understand my message. Second day, complained to trip.com. They called the hotel but the management lied and said the guests have been upgraded to a different room. Nobody contacted us but they were constantly lying to trip.com. I went to the receptionist and asked her to fix light issues. There was also a lot of construction sound and I was really tired after sleepless nights. The receptionist said she would get it fixed on the 3rd day but that was a lie too. Nobody came to fix the light problem. There was no balcony as advertised. Kitchenware was missing. The staff doesn’t understand simple English like cutlery. Nobody came to collect trash or give water during my 3 nights stay. Hotel looks stylish but their customer service is terrible. I don’t recommend staying in this hotel especially if you are a foreigner. I took these pictures at 6 am in the morning when I was awake because of sunlight and construction noise. During the night, city lights were coming in. Trip.com compensated me with 1500 coins but that doesn’t soothe the 3 sleepless nights. My entire trip was uncomfortable because of this hotel.

Verry good! Location is near Choryang Station (exit 12 with stairs and elevator between exit 8 and 10) and bus stops. The room is big enough for 3 people, clean and tidy, the staff speaks English verry well and supportive. However they forgot to provide us 3 bottles of water on the first day staying, so we thought that the hotel does not provide free water and ended up buying a lots of water. Then the next day when they cleaned our room, 3 bottles of water were placed on the table. Early check in is not allowed (check in time is 4 p.m.) But overall it was really nice staying in this hotel.

Good location which is nearby Busan station and KTX, clean n hygiene, they provides changing my room bedsheets daily , really unexpected, A big bathtub outside of the bathroom 👍. Definitely Will stay here again if I come back to Busan

Decent hotel. Location is good, walking distance to the local market and Seomyeon Station Exit 11 and Lotte Mall. Lotte Mart is 2 bus stations away. Seomyeon Station is one of the pick up points for Busan day trips. Staff generally are friendly and polite. Bed is comfortable and room is spacious. Overall Good.

Self check-in apartment which is located in a good area! This apartment is situated nearer to the west side of Busan, which makes it easy to visit places like Gamcheon Village and the Songdo Cable Car area. To get to the famous beaches, it will take around 40mins by bus. This room fits 4 people and provides a cosy accommodation that is good for families and friends. Definitely recommended!

The luggage storage service is very considerate and you can communicate with the hotel staff in English. The room is large and tidy. The bathroom is separated from dry and wet areas. It is not in the downtown area but there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

The location is good, the transportation is convenient, there are many restaurants and shops, it is very convenient to buy and eat, and it is also close to the beach. The room is simple, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with tableware and the bathroom is well stocked. The only thing missing is a foot mat. There is a small balcony for drying towels and clothes. Unfortunately there are no instructions for air-conditioning, floor heating and TV, so you need to research it yourself. Overall it is a very good accommodation environment. It happened to be a family member’s birthday during this trip, so we celebrated together on the small sofa in the small living room. It was a very lively occasion.
