Excelente trato en la recepción del hotel por parte de las 2,3 personas que me atendieron desde la llegada... recomendable hotel para los que quieran recorrer el centro histórico de Cáceres, a escasos metros de la Plaza Mayor, desde donde empezar la ruta. Antiguo,pero con ese glamour de los que vemos en las películas este Alfonso IX, recomendable.

Muy bien situado, buen precio y personal amable. Habitación sencilla pero limpia. Punto negativo, el baño: excesivamente pequeño. Al menos la habitación que me adjudicaron, la 106. Difícil sentarse en el sanitario, ducha muy estrecha y acceso a ella aún más. Una persona gruesa no podría utilizar ese servicio. El hotel no debería ofrecer esa habitación por no reunir unas condiciones mínimas.

Las habitaciones interiores son muy malas. No tiene desayuno y encima tiene un bar muy ruidoso debajo. Nada aconsejable. Fui a pasar unos días con mi hijo y no cabíamos en la habitación. Por las noches el bar no te dejaba dormir. Para un hotel así es mejor alquilar un apartamento o quedarse en casa.

O hotel é muito bom, e bem localizado, perto de tudo, dá para fazer tudo a pé, fora a cidade que muito segura, não precisa se preocupar, pode andar a qualquer hora do dia ou da noite com seus pertences. Ainda sobre o hotel os funcionários muito recptivos, o Sergio por exemplo sempre muito prestativo e disponível para ajudar.

Lo positivo: - Esta limpio - Esta céntrico - El personal de recepción es muy amable Lo negativo: - No se puede aparcar y tengo que pagar 9,50 al día - El baño es muy pequeño con una dicha de 60x60 y cortina de plástico que se te paga al bañar te - Dentro no hay cobertura y para llamar tengo que salir del hotel. El wifi es inseguro y el Iphone no me permite la conexión estoy desaparecido cuando entro y incontestable - Todo es muy viejo y la habitación es muy pequeña - El muy insonorizado se escucha las gentes de la calle, los borrachos, los gritos y incluso cuando pasan gentes del pasillo tienes la impresión que están dentro de tu habitación.

Como en su web dicen un hotel sin pretensiones. Funcional. Muy limpio y excelentemente ubicado a 2 calles de la Plaza Mayor. Personal muy amable y servicial. Tienen 2 accesos: por la planta 1, y otro por la calle peatonal donde está la recepción. Allí mismo tienen una cafetería / bar donde se puede desayunar o comer algo. Concurrido por gente local.
