Hotel staff can help book a taxi if you're leaving in the morning. Cáceres is a distinctive city well worth visiting. There's a Carrefour nearby for stocking up on daily necessities. There are also many restaurants near the hotel."

"Avoid at all costs. From check-in to breakfast, nothing went right. We had to wait 30 minutes at reception to check in because there was no one there! For dinner, there's only one small restaurant with very limited (and quite expensive) options and absolutely nothing for children! The bedding was really uncomfortable, and there were so many mosquitoes that my 2-year-old daughter was bitten all over! Breakfast was the absolute minimum: a tortilla so hard and dry I nearly choked on it! The cut vegetables and fruits looked like they were from the day before (or even older) and had an unbearable taste and smell (rotten)."
