Highly recommended for short vacation in Cagliari- very close to train station to airport, also close to city and old town centre. Lots of restaurants nearby and best location to view the sea and port every morning. Very hospitable and welcoming host, clean spacious room with private bathroom.

Siamo stati a Cagliari i primi di gennaio e siamo stati ospiti di questo beb. All'arrivo non abbiamo trovato nessuno e nessuno ci rispondeva al telefono. Finalmente ci mandano i codici per entrare intorno le 17 e scopriamo che la nostra camera non era pronta. Arriva una signora imbarazzata a preparo la camera molto sommariamente e nel mentre ci rendiamo conto che l aria condizionata non funzionava. Nel complesso era tutto molto poco curato mattonelle diverse in bagno molto datati letto con materasso che affondava insomma di sicuro non torneremo li....peccato perché l'unica nota positiva è in centro citta sotto i portici a 2 passi dal centro storico e dai parcheggio. Consiglio ai proprietari di rivedere un Po di cose per migluorarsi

Zona centralissima, camera bella e pulita. Nessun personale per la ricezione. Tutto tramite telefono.. pur essendo nel cuore del traffico cittadino la camera è ben isolata. Ci torneremo molto presto. Possibilità di trovare parcheggi fronte porto.

Insomma direi che non siamo stati molto fortunati con la sistemazione delle camere… Cominciamo con le cose positive che sono sicuramente la posizione top super centro Cagliari fronte porto , la ragazza alla reception Eleonora vale 5 stelle senza se e senza ma , cordiale educata preparata disponibile insomma potrei continuare .. Purtroppo la camera non è fatta per un soggiorno superiore a due giorni! Ci sono tantissime cose la prima l’impossibilità di aprire le finestre con l’affaccio nell’interno della tromba del palazzo di 6 piani quindi camera buia con condizionatori dello stabile tutti sulla testa ! Non si poteva stendere asciugamani bagnati o costumi al pian terreno di questa tromba un contenitore per lo smaltimento del vetro quindi un rumore letale, nella camera non esiste un armadio quindi tutto in valigia sotto al letto!le chiavi della porta non chiudono e chiamarlo B&b anche no perché la colazione non è inclusa! Rapporto qualità prezzo non ci siamo!
