There was a minor hiccup during check-in, as the room type I originally booked wasn't available. However, both the hotel and Ctrip customer service were very proactive in resolving the issue. Every staff member was incredibly kind, always greeting us with a smile when we returned to the hotel each day. The breakfast was plentiful and of high quality. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Old Egyptian Museum, offering a quiet retreat in a bustling area.

The garden view room exceeded my expectations, and there's a balcony outside where you can hang clothes to dry. They also have connecting rooms. Breakfast was good, and the pool was comfortable. In Egypt, I highly recommend driving; it's convenient to get anywhere by car.
