Intercontinental Hotel & Resorts properties in Cairo

The hotel lobby is very luxurious, but the rooms feel a bit outdated. The Nile view is beautiful. What I really couldn't stand about this hotel was the creaking noise at night, either from the pipes or the elevator (my room was very close to it), which made it incredibly hard to fall asleep. Everything else was fine.

InterContinental Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The location inside the mall was extremely convenient and made getting around very easy. The hotel ambiance, comfort, and overall service truly exceeded my expectations. Housekeeping was outstanding, special thanks to Mr. Ahmed and Sarah for their professionalism, attention to detail, and warm hospitality. I sincerely appreciate the room upgrade, which added an extra level of comfort to my stay. All staff members I encountered were courteous and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my visit. The only small suggestion I would mention is, that the windows should not be allowed to be opened fully, just for the safety of children. Regardless they have child safety locks … Thank you once again for a memorable and pleasant stay. I look forward to visiting InterContinental Cairo Citystars again in the future.
