I saw a lot of bad reviews before departure, so I checked into this hotel with trepidation; I didn't expect the bad reviews in the reviews to be completely false! As a senior traveler, I have stayed in countless star-rated hotels. This one feels pretty good to me. The location of the hotel is very good, you can walk to the beach, and the service attitude of the staff is excellent. There is no regional discrimination at all. Breakfast and There are many kinds of dinner, the swimming pool is small, but the atmosphere is good, especially in the morning, the music is very loud, the only disadvantage is that the design of the shower in the room is not good, after taking a shower, the water in the bathroom overflows the door, it takes a long time careful! Overall, I am satisfied and have a pleasant journey!

The room was an apartment type with a kitchen and it was easy to live. The equipment is basically complete. If you tell the receptionist, they will give you a detergent and a sponge. Beach towels are rented with a deposit of 10 euros per sheet. If you want to change it, they will respond quickly. The deposit will be returned on the last day. No seasoning. 3. Dinner is a buffet with many items. 2 year olds are free and it was about 30 euros for 2 people. I felt that cospa was good. 4. A convenience store-like supermarket is next to it, 3 seconds on foot. 5. ALDI, a regular supermarket, is about 15 minutes away on foot. There are slopes and it was difficult for a 2-year-old to walk, but no problem for adults. 6. Marineland? 10 minutes by taxi to the small aquarium. If there are many people, it is more profitable than the local bus. It's a small aquarium, but there were dolphin and bird shows, and the children really enjoyed themselves. 7. I took a tour of the Palma Aquarium at the reception. This includes bus and ticket. This bus goes directly to the aquarium without going to a souvenir shop. The stay was long enough. 8. There were activities such as a children's dance program, and the children enjoyed themselves. 9. The nearby sea has a long beach and a little rocky area, so if you get tired of the beach, you can look for crabs and shellfish on the rocky area and have fun with your children. The beach in front of the hotel is long, and it was very nice to cycle on a rental bike that can hold 4 people. Rental bikes can be rented at the shop in front of the beach. bad 1. All cash payments in the hotel. There is an ATM inside the hotel, but it is a little inconvenient. It also charges a fee. 2. Depending on your tastes, I thought the breakfast was not worth the 22 euros. After all, my child ate bread, yogurt, and cereals, so I bought them at the supermarket next door and ate them in my room. 3. The airport shuttle bus often stayed at the hotel, but the receptionist would not tell me. The hotel can only call a taxi, and the bus should be checked and booked by yourself. I wanted to know at least the company name, but they didn't tell me. You must have seen the same bus company name hundreds of times (even I saw the same bus about 5 times. You should write down the name when you see the bus).The local bus to the airport is cheap, but the bus stop is ALDI direction. If you are an adult, you can walk with a suitcase, but if you have children, it will be difficult. A taxi to the airport is around €45 each way. 4. Affiliated tours are the worst. We booked a boat tour inside the cave. At 9:00, the time spent in the cave is only 1 hour and 20 minutes. After going around souvenir shops → jewelry shops, we finally arrive at the cave. Lost time is more than 1 hour. So 69 euros for 3 people is too expensive and I don't recommend it. The child is bored and bored. There are many tourists in the cave, and there is a long line to enter. This 1 hour and 20 minutes includes everything, so I was only in the cave for about 40 minutes. The boat that can be boarded inside the cave takes 2 minutes, but the waiting time is over 30 minutes, so it is physically impossible to get on in time for the tour bus meeting time. We recommend renting a car. This is the only bad thing this time.

Great location in the second row from the beach. The highlight is the infinity pool on the roof. With a glass bottom and a view of the sea. However, the pool is not heated. The breakfast offered a lot of choice. Both international and Spanish dishes were available. For our taste, however, it was far too sweet. The artificial juices in particular were almost undrinkable. The standard room with a balcony and a view of the city. Not huge, but pleasantly furnished. With a wide bed, open wardrobe, microwave and free mini-bar (water, juices, refilled daily). Not a luxury hotel, but overall highly recommended...!!!

We had a lovely stay for two weeks at Zel Mallorca. I'm so pleased we chose this hotel for several reasons. The hotel has been extensively renovated two years ago and the result is a beautifully designed and decorated homely place that is a joy to stay in. I can't praise the hotel staff enough - they were all so lovely, friendly, and went over and above to make our stay so wonderful and memorable. The rooms are great. A good size and well laid out, beautifully decorated and well-equipped. Right by the beach, just separated by a promenade which is great for people watching. And the beach is lovely. There are lots of good restaurants and bars nearby in easy walking distance. The food and dining experience in the hotel restaurant is top quality - again made even better by the staff. If you're staying in Palma Nova, this is the hotel to choose.

The hotel is great for kids and whilst the main pool areas are not massive there is a water park, decent sized soft play, crazy golf and amusements, all in the same vicinity. The beach is also about a 5 min walk away. I don’t like all inclusive but I have to say the food at the hotel was good - there were some nice fish and veggie options and it was not bland. The beer on tap - Cruz Campo, was very drinkable. The main stand out here however are the staff, polite, patient and great with the kids. All the staff here deserve a pat on the back. The hotel was spotlessly clean which for me was a great indicator that this is a well run venue.

We stayed for 6 nights at Castell Son Claret and were blown away by the beautiful surroundings and amazing service. From the moment you drive through the electric gates you are greeted with manicured gardens and view of the stunning period country house. The pool area overlooks the countryside with staff at hand to meet your every need and ensure you have a quality relaxing experience. This hotel is perfect for couples who want to unwind and recharge.

The apartment was comfy clean and well equipped with kitchen stuff. Enough glasses for plenty of drink before the action starts. A big tv for those might want a film or two to get warmed up. The beds were comfy with good strength for those who like do hard snuggling. The pool was a good size and plenty of depth for his and her pleasure. The staff were friendly and tolerated us as a large grp wanting to romp and party. The gaming room was excellent with a good pool table so you can knock your balls and cue around all night. We also had breakfast at the hotel and we especially enjoyed the taste of the sausage. Plenty of choice with all the normal breakfast items too including peaches, cherries, doughnuts, and pineapple rings
