The breakfast was OK but the hot food was not an English breakfast like you can get in other hotels . I came to this hotel to sit around the pool for a few days buy could not as all the sunbeds were reserved and paid for have never had this before and ruined the stay for us

Hotel-style apartment, you can cook in the room, five or six hundred meters away from the beach, there are some restaurants around, but the price is more expensive, there are no supermarkets nearby there are only some canteens. Room service is very general, stayed for seven days, no one took the initiative to change the sheets, also changed the towel every day to dump garbage, the most important point is that there is no wifi network signal in the room, has been using its own phone card 4G & #128555;

AAnonymous UserWe booked a low-priced sea view room on a certain website (I thought it was a promotion so the price was lower), but when we checked in, we found that this was a slum-style sea view room. It felt like all the people living there were Asian, African, and Latin American brothers (crossed out). There was a sea view, but the room was really dark and low, and our room was connected to the one next to it. I immediately checked the rooms for that day and found that there were still rooms available and the price was lower than what we booked. Even if it was a sea view room of one level, it was lower than the price we booked. I went to the front desk and asked for a paid upgrade (we really could accept the paid upgrade, after all, we came all the way here), but the front desk said that the manager was not there and had to wait until tomorrow, and the paid upgrade also had to wait for the manager. The hotel contacted us early the next morning, and the manager helped us solve the problem. We like the hotel very much. Their sea water is very good, especially suitable for swimming, and the sea view is also beautiful. I feel that many British people go to this hotel, and bus No. 4 can also reach the door. It's OK to go to the pier to take a boat to the sea. We will go again.

GGuest UserWe had a lovely stay for our anniversary. The staff were so lovely and made us feel special from the moment we walked through. The room, reception and outside area were clean and in excellent condition. We honestly would have been happy to just stay in the hotel by the pool. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby which helped and great buses into Palma and the airport made our stay convenient. We would highly recommend.

Because it's an annex, I have to walk to the swimming pool and breakfast, but the road is so beautiful, so it's another pleasure

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, surrounded by mature businesses, convenient for eating and drinking. There is no parking lot, but there are many roadside parking spaces nearby. It costs 40 cents for half an hour, and it is free from 8pm to 9:30am. I booked a sea view room, which has a good view. Unfortunately, the floor is a bit low. The room is large, the facilities and hygiene are also good, there is a kitchen, microwave oven, and tableware. Overall, it is very good and cost-effective.
The only thing I am not happy about is that I asked the front desk if there is a chance to change to a higher floor. The answer is that it needs to be confirmed the next day. The next morning, it was said that it would be confirmed at 10 o'clock. This is understandable. What I don't understand is that we were not there and took away all our things. I asked if there was a room to help change it, and it didn't matter if there was no room. As a result, the answer was that the person must be there, so I gave up in the end.

GGuest UserThe apartments are well appointed in Santa Ponsa just a short walk from the bay and restaurants. I was welcomed by the night manager who was very helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped. I have no issues with the 'front of house' experience. But, I question the company's ability to rationalise a dispute fairly. I was there for 2 nights only, visiting for a special occasion.
When I returned from eating after a long day I was locked out of my room and the night manager couldn't gain access with his pass key. He kindly arranged another room for me but all my belongings were locked in the other room.
I was due to be picked up the following morning for a trip into Palma, but missed the opportunity as I had to stay to wait for my belongings. They had to break into the room to access my stuff. The company's view towards my compensation was that they gave me another room so that's all they were prepared to offer, well I should hope they did give me another room I'd paid for it. I can't be bothered to take this any further to be honest, but be mindful if you're staying here and you have medication in your room, for example.

From the accommodation, three or four minutes, two hundred meters, came to the beach, the bottom of the water is fine sand, the slope is gentle, and there is washing on the shore.
