good first (European) line, public beach, umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach for a fee plow towels - with a deposit of 10 Euro The main contingent is German pensioners The main restaurant struggles to cope with the hotel's high occupancy The staff is friendly, polite and courteous. Public street parking - tight, but there's always a spot The room requires renovation, the plumbing is not up to par

It is a very old hotel, rooms smell very bad and when you report this to reception you are told it is normal, we cannot do anything about it, you paid €140 per night and that is a lite room? And I'll spare you the rest, in short, just an old, dirty hotel.

I came here for another year and I am impressed by how it’s getting even better year for her. Great and very creative animation team, the barkeepers made every evening perfect with great jokes and always a smile on their lips. The hotel was clean, the food was good and the room comfortable with a very nice view! ☺️ Also a big thank you Lukas for his service, he takes good care of the guests.

The hotel was lovely and clean. Great location as right next to the beach. Standard all inclusive buffet food. Nice pool areas and frequent entertainment on in the evening. I would stay here again! I do wish that the bar stayed open later as it seems quite early for being on holiday…

This review is from the perspective of a family of four. We chose the bed and breakfast package instead of all-inclusive and stayed in room number 616. Arrival at the Hotel - Upon our arrival in July 2024, Tina, the receptionist, warmly greeted us and provided wrist bands after taking our names and phone numbers. She also assisted us with our inquiries. The Room - Our family sea view room with a double bed (two singles pushed together) and two single beds exceeded our expectations. It was spacious and well-equipped with a fridge, TV, safe, and air conditioning. The balcony offered a stunning view of the sea and surrounding beach bars in Paguera. The shower/toilet room was also spacious and well-maintained with a hair dryer installed. The Outside Area - The hotel's expansive grounds included three clean and accessible swimming pool areas, a bar area, ample seating, and easy access to the restaurant area and the beach. Food & Drink at the Hotel - We opted for the breakfast option, which offered a wide variety of choices, including eggs, cereals, fruits, fresh meat, fruit juices, and good quality coffee from the machine. However, the beer selection was limited. Hotel Staff - Tina and the reception team were helpful, as were the diligent cleaning staff and kitchen workers. We were impressed by their hard work, and it was disheartening to witness some guests being rude to them. Things to do - The hotel offered ample activities such as swimming, a gym, pool, ping pong, and dining and drinking at the bar. We enjoyed interacting with guests from various nationalities during our stay. The Surrounding Area - The hotel's beachfront location and proximity to excellent dining options, such as El Galeon, a really extraordinary place to eat. There's a shop right next door to this restaurant. There's also an ATM machine located in the main cark park area of the hotel. The Downsides - While there were many positives, a few frustrating aspects included slow elevators during busy times, limited alcohol choices, occasional issues with the room key card, and the absence of a kettle in the room. Additionally, some guests' rudeness was disappointing, but this was not the hotel's fault.

When we arrived at just after 12am we couldnt check in until 2pm which we knew before hand but others may not. The hotel itself is modern and is still being renovated. We had no issues with the room the view from the balcony was lovely and we only booked side sea view. The hotel staff at reception were helpful although we asked a woman the bus routes to magaluf she wrote it all down for us but sadly she sent us in the opposite direction and we ended up in the middle of nowhere stranded and had to catch a taxi with cost an extra €25. Note before booking the hotel is very international whilst we were there there was 39 different nationalities all in all , there was only me and my partner who were british it mostly caters for german. My partner and i felt uncomfortable at times in the all inclusive dining as we had alot of people staring us up and down when all we ever did was smile at them politely. Make sure you have your towels on the sunbeds no later than 8am as they will have all gone , out of 7 days we only managed to get sunbeds on 3 of them days. The town of peguera is lovely lots of shops and restaurants and easy bus routes into places such as camp de mar and santa ponsa. We went out quite a few nights as my partner is a fussy eater and did not enjoy all inclusive but this was our choice. The snack bar was good with burgers and hot dogs 11am-6pm . All inclusive drinks arent the best and we didnt realise until the third day when we were asking for cocktails they were giving us mocktails so make sure your asking for alcoholic cocktails as they just make them with a machine. Elavators were a nightmare and very slow, took us ages get down especially at meal times as we were on the 8th floor. Overall we enjoyed our stay but we did feel abit out of place being the only English there Animation team 10/10 especially Pedro and Dani and Wi Wi

This is a really nicely located hotel, surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants with the beach literally only 1 minute walk from your room. I recommend upgrading and getting a sea view room. The bedrooms are nice, but quite small. Only one wardrobe with 6 hangers for 2 people for a week with no drawer space anywhere. The bed is extremely uncomfortable, and is rock solid. For me and my partner this was very uncomfortable. The hotel itself is very nice, modern and updated. The amenities are great with 3 pools, a jacuzzi, and a small games room. The food is great, however I really dislike how busy the dining area is. It is absolutely chaotic trying to get yourself food, and there are never any knives and forks on the tables or salt and pepper, and we find ourselves searching for cutlery for about 5 minutes before each meal. There is no queuing system in place for this hotel buffet, and being British, we always like to queue up whereas some people simply do not care about pushing in and it is extremely frustrating. There are not enough staff at this buffet either, as there were lots of tables full of leftover plates with flies buzzing around and we were only approached once by a staff member the whole holiday to ask if we were finished without food. The food is lovely and there is always something for everyone though. The main issue I have with this hotel are the sunbeds. We went down to the hotel at 9am on our first day and every single sun bed was taken. This is extremely frustrating as all we wanted to do on this holiday was relax but it seems that the sun bed wars have started!! So the next day we went down at 7:15am, before breakfast starts at 7:30am and again, there were about 4 sunbeds left around the pool with the sea view. This is so frustrating as no one is even sat on them, and the pool doesn't open for use until 10am, so this is definitely an issue that this hotel need to fix. When you've spent over £800 per person on a hotel for a week, I really don't want to have to wake up before 7am just to pick a sunlounger, and most hotels have fixed this issue. Also, the nice white sun beds that have the canopy over them that are shown on the hotels websites are only available at a cost of €30 per day and for all inclusive plus members only! So no one can use them. The drink token thing is a good idea to avoid empty cups everywhere, however not great when you want more than one drink at a time (E.g. water and alcoholic drink). The staff in this hotel are good, however it doesn't really seem like there are many of them around, especially in the food buffet or at the bar, where we had to queue for drinks most of the time. Would I return to this hotel? I don't think so. The location would be the reason I would come back, not the hotel unfortunately!

We had a fab time @Vibra Beverly Payer, myself and my fiancée with our 9 yr old daughter stayed here in Aug 2023. To be honest I wasn't overly looking forward to this holiday, I'm a nervous flyer, have travel anxiety and the reviews were not great but I have to say it was one of the best holidays I have had, in fact I have just re booked for 8 days in 3 weeks time. There is some truth in a few of the negative reviews but I really think it is important to do your research and choose your hotel to the experience and standard you require. Do not complaint that your room didn't have a balcony or view when you booked a room with no balcony or view. I have listed below a honest and truthful overview of this hotel. 1. The Staff..... are amazing. Most speak English (their badges show what languages they speak) and if they do not they can use google translate. The are friendly and hardworking. We had a great time with the 2 girls on the entertainment team Tami and Yeimy and my daughter thought they were great. Reception was a godsend, there where 3 staff at reception, a young guy (age19) ang a girl who came from the island who spotted me making a massive mistake booking a tourist attention in a different Palma lol. They have lots of local knowledge 2. The Drinks. This is a typical all inclusive, Branded soft drinks are great (Coke/Sprit etc). Alcoholic brands are a little on the cheap side but I honestly do not understand what people expect???? . the only thing they didn't have which I would have expected is fresh orange juice in the morning (its like cordial). You do have to have a plastic cup but this means no glasses by the pool and there is no plastic or glasses left anywhere so the place stays clean. There are some negative reviews in regards to people no being able to exchange there plastics when they want to leave the hotel into tokens, this sometimes happens at peak times but you can just leave you plastic cup in your room, I have no ideal why this is such a big deal. 3. Food. Typical Spanish all inclusive, If your looking for a traditionally English breakfast this isn't the hotel for you, It has a Spanish variation but it has a fresh egg stand cooked to order, fresh fruit, cereals and pastry's . Lunch and Dinner have loads of options and here is a snack bar with nuggets, burgers ETC. 4. Location. Its 5 steps from the beach and 20 steps from the shops however note...this is not Magaluf. If you are looking for nightclubs they are about 15-20 mins in a taxi. by 12:30 almost all nightlife had closed which being so central is a good thing if you have children. It 25 mins in a taxi from the airport @ 50 euros. 5. Too many Germanys???. People who make this as a comment are stupid. First of all this is not England so why the British expect there to be a large amount of English people is beyond me. There is a mixture of nationality's, British, German, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese. There is a high proportion of German guests
