I stayed for 6 nights there and I enojoyed my stay very much. I was travelling with my young (14 years) old cousins. The hotel is located in 'party' area and despite this, I found the accomodation quiet during night and familiy friendly which was my main worry. There are not many accomodations with direct beach access which is a big plus for this hotel. Above all, I found all the staff at the hotel very helpful. James and Xevi are the two names I remember although everyone was excetionally friendly.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing overall. Let’s start with the cleanliness — housekeeping was below standard. The room often had dust and sand on the floor, and it didn’t feel like it was properly cleaned during our stay. There were no entertainment programs whatsoever. No music, no activities, nothing to do in the evenings, which made the atmosphere rather dull. The pool has very limited hours — it opens late in the morning and closes early in the evening, which is very inconvenient if you want to swim outside those hours. Breakfast was extremely repetitive — it seemed like the menu hasn’t changed since the hotel opened. Even the drinks were of poor quality. Dinner was no better — a very limited selection, bland food, and honestly, I wouldn’t recommend dining there at all. Shockingly, the bar prices exceed those of 5-star hotels, which makes absolutely no sense given the overall quality. That said, there are some positive aspects. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, and the sea view from the rooms is truly beautiful. The interior of the hotel is stylish and tastefully designed, which creates a good first impression. One of the biggest issues was the terrible soundproofing. You can hear everything — not just from the neighboring rooms, but also from the neighboring hotel, which hosts loud parties until 6–7 AM. It was absolutely impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Even staying in a room with two separate spaces didn’t help — the noise made it unbearable to rest properly. Also, a big plus — the reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, which made check-in and any inquiries smooth and pleasant. Unfortunately, the positives couldn’t make up for the overall lack of service quality and amenities. This hotel has potential but needs serious improvements in cleanliness, food, and guest experience

Just got back from a weeks stay here. Hotel was lovely from start to finish. The reception staff were really friendly, helpful and kind. Any thing you needed they helped with straight away. Hotel is right on the beach and has a restaurant called Hadleys with a clothes shop and wave machine. The restaurant bar was a bit pricey and there are a lot of bars and restaurants that are much cheaper, as well as shops outside hotel are more expensive and there is a Aldi that’s a 5 minute walk. There were some works going on but nothing that was in anyone’s way or caused a disturbance The hotel was very clean and rooms cleaned daily by the lovely ladies, again very friendly! There are 2 pools, infinity and oasis We found oasis pool quite dangerous and saw a few people get cuts and scratches as the whole of it is like a gravel. Huge sun lounging area and sunbed drinks service. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it’s for solos, friends or family’s. Would definitely stay here again

My stay at the hotel was very nice. Generally, I liked everything about the hotel, and I don’t really have any big negatives to mention. The hotel is located a little away from Palma city, in a cute little village. You’d want to stay at this place if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation near the beach and enjoy nature. There are a few nightclubs and bars in the village for some fun and partying, but overall, I found the area pretty quiet. If you need to get to Palma, you can take a bus - the bus station is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and it takes around 40 minutes to get to Palma, depending on traffic, which can be heavy at times, making the trip closer to an hour. I also used Uber a few times, and one-way rides cost between €19-28, depending on the time of day, traffic, and the part of Palma you’re heading to. The hotel is located right next to the beach. It has a very nice rooftop area on the lobby level (2nd floor if I remember correctly) with a swimming pool and plenty of sun chairs. There’s also a bar next to the pool for drinks. My check-in process was easy and smooth. Before arrival, I requested a room on a high floor with a nice view, and I got exactly what I wanted. Plus, I was allowed to check in early, around 1 p.m. My Loft Junior Suite with Sea View (#521) was very nice and modern looking - I absolutely loved its design. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. All the furniture was in great condition. I loved the big balcony windows that let in plenty of daylight. Having a small balcony was a plus - I enjoyed sitting out there and admiring the beautiful sea view. The hotel provided beach amenities like a beach mattress and towels, and I absolutely loved the cute, comfortable slippers they provided as well. Having a small kitchen was another plus. It had all the necessary amenities, and the refrigerator was pretty big, fitting a lot of stuff inside. The closet was a bit small, and I didn’t really like its location in the kitchen corner. The bed (two Queen beds together) was comfortable, but the sofa was hard and awful - I didn’t even like sitting on it for long periods. The bathroom was quite big, and I liked its design a lot. The bathroom amenities were of very good quality. But I must mention that the water pressure in the shower and toilet wasn’t very strong. The Wi-Fi worked well in my room, but I had a weak connection in many other parts of the hotel. As for the downsides, the biggest issue for me was the annoying housekeeping staff who came into my room once, even though I had a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on. Their excuse was that they needed to change the table on the balcony, but I ended up with the exact same table. Weird! Another annoyance was some kind of furniture moving or renovation work happening during my stay. Every day workers were using the elevators to move things, which meant the elevators were full, and I had to wait a long time to get one. A few times, I had to take the stairs instead. On the po

First impressions were great, a fantastic location in magaluf just across road from the beach, the reception staff friendly and helpful. The room is spacious with balcony. Room is equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave fridge and utensils. The bathroom also spacious, decent shower, with shower gel, hand wash and hairdryer. Air conditioning was great too. Rooms serviced daily, cleaning staff also friendly and helpful. Free pool towel available at reception. The pool area really lets this hotel down and will be the reason we won't return to this hotel. If your into sunbathing there is a sun deck area with plenty of sunbeds and parasols, which is set away from the pool area. The pool is lovely, however if you want a sunbed by the pool you have to pay for them, if you don't pay for the loungers you can't bring anything poolside, it has to be left with loungers on the sundeck. The adult only pool, looks nice, however you have to pay to use it. We didn't eat or drink at the hotel, as it was quite expensive. There was a lovely place nextdoor for cocktails and plenty of restaurants close by.

Just returned from a holiday family trip and decided to leave a review about the hotel. First of all, if you are with kids, it's not suitable at all, no facilities for kids, even no pool for kids. Second, why should I pay extra 100 euros just for sitting next to the pool? Taking into consideration the fact that I paid a pretty big amount for my stay at the hotel. Third, for going to the beach, you have to pass through a shop and a restaurant and "enjoy" eyes on you of the sitting and eating people. Why there is a no separate gate for just entering the hotel? Forth, I can understand that in many hotels breakfasts are usually the same every day, but it was really not even worth going as we stopped eating in hotel after the 3rd day of our stay. Finally, the cleaning service needs to be improved as they often skipped to do so or coming to clean the room in the very early in the morning and if you ask to come later they never come back. The only positive thing was the room size and hotel location.
