Booked a long girls weekend stay and had a lovely time ☺️ hotel lovely and spotless. Rooms big with nice bedding and furniture, had a problem with the shower one day which was sorted within half an hour after speaking with reception. Our trip was all inclusive, food was lovely with plenty of choice and wide variety of fresh fruit at every meal time as well as meats and cheese. We were disappointed with only a choice of 4 cocktails included on the all inclusive drinks menu, been to a lot of all inclusive and never known any place to charge extra for cocktails. We did mainly stick to spirits and mixers as the cocktails were not great anyway. This is a relatively small hotel around 25 minutes from the airport, The pools are not massive, but are nice enough. The views out onto the ocean are beautiful 🤩 and there are areas you can sunbathe looking out onto the sea as opposed to near the pool. There was a small beach in view from the hotel that looked nice although we didn’t venture down. During the evenings we tended to drink coffee in the bar area and didn’t pay much attention to the evening entertainment. There didn’t seem to be a massive amount going on but then we did go out of season. Staff are all very friendly and helpful as well. I would stay here again for a short break but not for a family break as there didn’t seem enough going on to entertain my 8 year old!

Budget friendly and great value for money hotel with nice food and amenities. Very clean and nice rooms, especially the ones with sea view. Pools were great too and gym was adequate. Great location, very quiet. Parking either at the hotel or on the street nearby can always be found. Overall very nice stay. Staff needs to be friendlier though and evening entertainment shorter, they lasted till 23:30 on most nights which was just too long. Also, they were too loud.

Before booking I looked through all the reviews which are a real mixed bag, so booked the hotel anyway in the hope it was people just having a moan! The hotel is situated in a lovely area, the cove is fantastic and great to swim in, we walked to Magaluf and back every day (mainly to get a decent beer) which is a good walk that took about 35 minutes. The staff I have to say were excellent and really accommodating throughout our stay, rooms were ok although the bathroom was a pain as it had the only mirror in the room and without extraction you couldn’t use it after showering! With regard to the shower, every time we used it, the bathroom practically flooded and required mopping up after every shower! We were in block 3 on floor 3 and the balcony was waist high and easy accessible from both sides which didn’t feel very secure so it was imperative we secured the balcony doors when we weren’t i! The bar served Cruzcampo beer but as someone who enjoys Cruzcampo it was disappointing and tasted nothing like we had experienced with that brand previously! What really let the hotel down was the food. I’m sorry to say but it was probably the worst we had ever experienced for a 4* hotel, bacon at breakfast was only available one of the 4 mornings and the food was very repetitive, and 9/10 too cold to enjoy. As good as the team were there we wouldn’t return!

I arrived at the hotel and instantly thought wow how beautiful the destination is. The room was stunning with huge comfy beds , a stunning balcony view of the pool and crystal blue sea . But a massive part of why i loved the hotel was the staff . Such kind and caring people who went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay . The housekeepers all were so polite and friendly, the entertainers purely enjoyed there job. I unfortunately fell ill this holiday and had an ambulance called, the staff made sure to call in and check on how I was and if they could do anything to help . The food was amazing and had such a huge variety you simply couldn’t complain . I had the best holiday and would definitely come back and will continue recommending this amazing hotel !!!

Just returned from 3 night stay . From start to finish what a lovely place. Rooms are lovely and beds very comfortable Staff are so polite and hardworking. Food is excellent. Great views out to sea, water is crystal clear. Room had sea view , paid a bit more for it but well worth it.Everything you need for a long weekend away relaxing. Lots of activities around pool if you want to partake. Taxi from airport 50 euros, taxi rank outside airport don’t need to book! Caught bus to PALMA which is beautiful, 1 hour bus journey 2 euros each way. Not much else in the area but don’t need to move from hotel, has everything you need.Highly recommend booking!!

1 is 1 more than this place deserves. Turned up and the room isn’t ready. Superior room? Absolute joke. Sofa bed not even made up. Call them, they lie to us several times - finally send someone who dumps sheets and leaves, so we had to make the bed up. Avoid lifts, don’t work!

Had a fantastic stay at Occidental Cala Viñas! The view from our bedroom was absolutely breathtaking, and the bed was incredibly comfy - we slept so well every night. The food was amazing, with great variety each evening that kept things exciting. The staff were all so helpful and quick to resolve any issues. Huge thanks to Maca at reception for helping us move to a higher floor and sorting a plumbing issue so quickly. Sandra, the service manager, was always cheerful and friendly, and Capuchino kept everyone entertained with such great energy. Overall, a lovely experience - would highly recommend!
