A very modern studio style room overlooking the park. It was clean and comfortable. Service was excellent, all staff were friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Breakfast was pleasant and tasty. Location is great, right in the centre of town, and the cost was less than a lot of similarly placed properties.

The hotel is old, but the interior decoration is new. The window can only be opened a little bit. The bed is soft and comfortable. The bathroom is small, and the water will splash when taking a shower. The hot water is stable.

The staff were enthusiastic and had bright smiles. They arrived early in the morning when I changed hotels. The staff told me that my room had been cleaned and they immediately handed it over to me.

The location is good, it takes 6 minutes to get to John Lewis.

The hotel is located in a garden, the room is clean and tidy, the two gentlemen and one lady at the front desk are very enthusiastic, the dinner we bought outside was microwaved in the restaurant of the Regent Hotel, and the front desk also took good care of us. The breakfast of the hotel is also very good.
