A warm welcome on arrival and room was ready, which was a bonus All staff friendly and helpful Internal and external communal areas well maintained and clean Room was clean, and cleaned daily with towel change if needed. Bedding changed at least once during seven night stay Shower was great, plenty hot water but toilet paper poor quality All inclusive drinks good Food was well presented, good choice and nicely cooked, better than some all inclusive experienced Direct access to promenade and beach A good 20-30 minute walk to town where there are plenty cafe/bars and restaurants and buses to nearby towns Adult only pool a great area to relax Splash pool for children and snack bar a minute walk off main site Sports bar tv is limited with what’s shown Overall a nice relaxing stay

Overall very nice hotel, facilities are good, great location right on the beach. Swimming pool is excellent for kids. A short walk into Cambrils along the beach. Food is a bit the same every day. Unfortunately we did have a very sentimental Jelly Cat teddy taken out of the room during cleaning which caused a bit of an issue with our child. Didn’t manage to get it back.

This hotel is in a lovely position right next to the ocean. The apartment was basic but clean. The restaurant was chaotic and sometimes hard to get a table. Food was only just warm and unfortunately I like my food hot, for this reason we ate out every evening. This was an expense we hadn’t budgeted for. The worst thing about this hotel is people smoking everywhere, outside the restaurant, next to me on sunbeds etc I have asthma and had to keep moving away from where we were sitting. Other hotels I’ve stayed at in recent years have had designated smoking areas, maybe this is something they should think about.

First of I'll start by saying the hotel itself is a beautiful looking resort and it's kept very clean and tidy. The hotel rooms itself are a decent sized and equipped with the things you'd expect and also have a good modern interior design. The food was some of the best IV had at a buffet style resort. I find that usually foods at a buffet tend to be bland, basic and "safe" but this hotel actually some spices and various flavours going on which was super exciting to see. They also offered "clean" single ingredient foods for those who have sensitive stomachs or strict diets and lots of deserts to choose from. Me and my family did tend to find the attitudes of SOME of the dining staffs to be abit hit or miss especially with ONE in particular who was very rude... Now for the issue. Unless you're going in the summer time I personally wouldn't bother coming here outside of that season with family because there simply isn't enough for the kids to do. All the outdoor pools are abandoned due to the cold weather so EVERYONE fights for the ONE indoor pool which may I add is only available for kids to use from 10am till 1pm!!!!!!!! After that it becomes a "adult only pool" which is empty half the time anyway so it's a complete waste of opportunity. We had our kids basically begging to use the indoor pool which was empty but was told no because it was outside of the kids time, it was 3pm at the time......... The hotel offers some kind of nursery-like play room for kids but opening times are silly and the sessions are led by people that just about speak any English??!!! The entertainment was alright, a steady 5-6/10 but the "Games Room" is on its last legs, everything in there is either broken, filthy or ancient. The gym is doable for those wanting to still keep a "pump" in their muscles but don't expect anything better than your local 1st world gym. As I said before, if i was to return it would definitely be during the peak of the summer season, that way would could get more use out of the kids outdoor pool etc.
