Stayed at this resort for ten days, on the first day our room was not suitable,as my wife has mobility issues,and the room was a long walk and she could not manage.so we went to our Jet2 rep. Sergio,who explained to reception that my wife could not manage to walk 2 to 3 times per day to the other side of the resort,so they found a room just across from reception(cost an extra £500.00 but was worth it) we had a great 10 days as the hotel resort was great,nice food,plenty of swimming pools,a spa with gym,sauna,steam room and indoor swimming pool. We were all inclusive plus,when we asked what the plus got us they said we could have speciality dining in the gallery restaurant,we went middle of the week,to be honest it was really disappointing,the food was terrible,we hardly ate anything,was glad to get back to normal restaurant next day. The various bars were great with alex the waiter at the main bar who was very friendly and always treated us with a welcome and smile. Night time entertainment seemed to be good but we were early bedders so can't comment. We would highly recommend this resort and we will be back soon.
