"We have just got back from this hotel its location is 10 out of 10 perfect for the beach or pool. But sadly that's all it as going for it the staff are very rude the cleaning of the rooms is very poor the food is ok ,you can easily get a meal but I couldn't say it was poor or excellent either. The towel attendant round the pool is very aggressive and removes your towels from your sun beds even if you have only left them for a hour. This hotel could be outstanding but after upgrading to the sweet room we fould electricity wires coming out of the walls very poor lighting very out of date decor looked very basic and very bad cleaning of the room. I have to be honest the bathroom always was cleaned to a good standard. The dining room staff were mostly ok ,apart of the odd one or two who were very unpleasant regarding taking the children's pushchair in the dining room. The man who greeted you in to the restraunt was a very genuine and lovely young man a credit to the hotel. This hotel needs in my opinion needs updating and needs to focus on all nationalities not just spannish visitors, there was plenty of Dutch people who were very nice people in the hotel but found the children's mini club to focus mainly on the spannish visitors."

"If you're looking for peace and quiet in May and June, don't go to this hotel. Large groups of young people on end-of-year trips—around 300—stay here. We had problems at the buffet, the pool, the playground, and so on. We're a family with a 3-year-old and a 3-month-old baby, and we were looking for a quiet getaway. If we had known they catered to these groups, we wouldn't have gone. Group tourism for young people is incompatible with family tourism. Otherwise, the staff is friendly, and the hotel is in a good location if you want to be close to the beach."

"First time staying here. My wife and I like peace and quite. We usually go to adults only hotels. This was a last minute decision. Pros and cons for me personally. We stayed breakfast only. The breakfast was perfect. It had every thing. Help yourself relax and enjoy. The pool area you couldn't swing a cat the sun loungers were jammed in together so tight. You had to be extremely agile to get on a sun lounger with people next to you literally touching against you. It was child oriented loud music and activities for kids going on all day help yourself to your own drinks if you were full board. This wasn't for me. BUT a two minute walk across the street and you were onto a beautiful beach it wasn't until busy perfect for peace and quite. I spent the day on the beach each day with my wife. It wasn't cheap 25 euros for two sun loungers and umbrella but it was money well spent. It was very hot and I needed the shade. Each night my wife and I would eat out. A bus stop outside the hotel and for 2.20 euros each you would go to the old and new town. There you had everything. The World was your oyster. Every kind of restaurant and shops bars everything your heart desires. Room in hotel very clean plus cleaned every day with fresh towels and bottles of orange and coke and cold water put into your fridge in your room no extra cost. That was really good. You didn't know what was in your fridge when you arrived in from the beach tired and hot after lazing the day away. There was never any champagne in the fridge I suppose that would be expecting too much. Would I go back yes in a heart beat. One staff member stood out. On arrival and departure we were lucky to have dealt with a young man called Sasha. Very professional give us all the information needed to know couldn't have been more helpful. A credit to the hotel. He deserves a big pay rise in his wages."
