The staff here couldn't do enough for you. There was no lift and we had 2 flights of stairs to go up, but a young man rushed to carry our bags for us. Very grateful for that as my husband has recently had a knee op. The room was small, but enough for our needs. Unfortunately - in July's excessive heat the air-con went off at 0.30am. There was no control for it in the room. I tried to phone reception but there was no response so we struggled through until the following morning. It was cooler on the landing outside the room and I wish I'd moved the bed there! Aside from that problem, and the fact of the stairs, the hotel was well positioned, it was very clean and the staff were wonderful. Very friendly.

The hotel is super clean. Very simple and basic but we have been good. There is no elevator. Breakfast is brought to your table and is a bit simple but can be repeated. There is a variety of sweet and salty. The worst thing was the almost non-existent pillow. Very friendly staff.

Lo mejor del hotel es el trato por parte de los empleados. Todos son encantadores y muy serviciales. El hotel es muy básico, la habitación que nos tocó muy pequeña (con el espacio justo para pasar entre la cama y la pared) y las instalaciones merecen una reforma. Se escuchan mucho los ruidos de la calle y de las personas que pasan por la escalera. Positivo: ubicación, en pleno cogollo de cambrils Permiten animales por 6€/día (más barato que en otros sitios)

En effet, l hôtel a un bon emplacement central c est le point positif et le personnel très agréable. Par contre, la propreté n est pas là, le sol pas nettoyé, des cheuveux en quantité ainsi que la poussière. La climatisation trop forte et pas modulable. Parlons du déjeuner, pas grand choix, on a trouvé médiocre. Qualité prix, pas top du tout ! A bon entendeur.
