"Great Location in n the centre of Canberra. So close to everything Good size room. Comfortable bed No onsite Parking had to pay $75.00 parking for our 3 night stay. House keeping a bit of hit and miss we had to scrub food residue off kitchen utensils before we could use them. Out of date food from previous guest left in the refrigerator"

"Fantastic little rooms that are central to everything, great customer service, and the rooms are full of all the amenities that you would need. I would recommend it to everyone and certainly stay here again. Especially visiting during autumn is recommended as the city is so beautiful this time of year and with the views from the windows it make it so much better."

"Stayed in Feb 2025 but there's a massive construction next to the hotel, so make sure you book a room that's away from the construction site. Initially the suite I booked was very nice, since I asked for a change due to it was facing directly to the site, the room was small. "

"Our 2nd stay here. We left something on our first stay 2 months ago and they have kept it until our current stay - which is wonderful. Easy to check-in and check-out. Great location close to Emu Bank. Modern room and have all the basic amenities. Great storage space for a bit of longer stay and great size fridge that would fit a whole cake if you have one with you. Generally happy with our stay"

"I booked a two-bedroom apartment. The room is large and spacious. The view of the hall is mountain view, very beautiful. Once inside the hall is the bar, the lights are dim, the music is delicious, the western food is there, the hotel is very big, the bar is just a few, there is also a movie theater. The decorations are all wood strips, I can't understand them, I feel special art. Both bedrooms have no windows and are just a bathroom. There are many kitchen utensils and many tableware. Breakfast is the kind of order. Very close to the city center, a quiet hotel. More than 2,000 a night, the front desk will not be Chinese, it is a hotel for foreigners. Canberra has a beautiful view and is especially suitable for living."

"It was ok. We were upgraded to a deluxe which was a bit bigger apparently. The room was very small which would make a standard room tiny you wouldn't want to stay more than one night. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom, & the window didn't open no hair dryer in the room I found out later there shared??? Lucky I brought my own.There was no complimentary bottle of water no books with info on Canberra if this was my first visit to Canberra I would be disappointed. No checkout time given at checkin nothing explaining breakfast if you wanted. Very over priced for what you get compared to other hotels in Canberra"

"The room felt a bit small, not quite like a five-diamond hotel, but the bathroom was large, which was important to me, so I felt the overall stay was OK. The hotel has its own style, the corridors and rooms are dim but there is an atmosphere."

"Was great service - good rooms - friendly staff. Only issue was parking was a little busy & squishy - no dramas. Overall really good experience!"

"Very nice, you can wash clothes and cook. I especially like this terrace, you can enjoy the breeze and have a drink. I had to stay here when I came to Canberra last time. The transportation is convenient, there is a bus outside, and the bus at the door goes directly to Sydney."
