Laguna Suites All Inclusive

This is our first time here in Mexico.We really enjoyed the food, the ambiance and all.. The staff are really friendly and approachable. The place is clean and peaceful. Overall experience is 10 out of 10.. Thank you Laguna Suites for a wonderful experience.❤️

Enjoyed our short stay at Laguna Suites Cancun Mexico. Special mention to Edwin and Sergio who took care of us everyday at the ala carte menu. Very carinioso and accommodating feel so at home. We ask them for a surprise pancake birthday for our friend and in the minutes they came up and told us get ready for the video so much fun. All the food on the menu are really really good. They gave us best service and best experience.hats off to all the staff thank you so much for everything. Will definitely come back.

Food is good. Rooms could use some upgrading. When they tell you all inclusive it’s not all inclusive. Read the fine print. All inclusive should be all inclusive. It’s not. 3/5 staff is friendly. Drinks are good too. Sunset royal the sister resort has the best beach. Check that place out first. You may want to book there. Also check the tv menu for language settings to English.

Hola Amigos! My expense with Laguna suites was mostly amazing! I brought one of my 3 favorite sons for his (pre)Birthday celebration! My favorite two employees are Benito and Giovani; although please forgive me for not remembering others names! Benito is Capitàn and definitely in charge of most everything! Giovani is the bartender with a flair! -Both of these gentlemen pay special attention to each guests needs in order to fulfill them. My son and I felt very welcomed by the team over there. We were addressed as part of the family and offered open lines of communication for any and all requirements. The food is prepared with special care. I believe the head chef's name is Fernando. He is also phenomenal! The food is carefully crafted and lovingly touched. I pray that you are as blessed on your visit as we had been! I only wish my memory was as good as it once was. Every person working there works hard to not only advance themselves in this world but to provide quality care for each guest. I imagine that it only takes one pandeho to ruin it for each worker. As I was educated whilst visiting; most Mexicano people MUST learn English to deal with the influx of tourists; however most tourists don't bother learning the most basic Español. "Hola" is NOT pronounced "holla". Take 5 miles every day and learn how to speak with the locals. (Just my 5 pesos worth) I learned this multiple times off resort before even having any inclination what an all-inclusive is about). All in all my experiences were beautiful! Que Rico! The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Especially Nohemi, Rogelio and Edwin and kitchen crews. 2. The room is spacious and clean but a little bit old: especially the doors and wall painting in the washroom. 3. I wish more varieties of food selections: French fries, pizza, sushi and a little bit of seafoods. More condiments like hot sauce and others. Food that caters little children. The display counter is not spacious and the serving plates were very small for buffet. Forks are for salads use not for main courses. 4. Deserts must be cool especially the cakes and butter for health and safety.

The staff was awesome … always happy to see you Nohemi Eric Francisco Rinaldo very nice and informative … the room service was the best … clean bedding … coffee and bottled water everyday … the “to go” coffee was poured and ready as soon as we walked in to the restaurant! Smiles all around … shuttle to associated-resorts was the best thing !!
