"Everything was great. We especially loved the pool in the late afternoon when the sun was blocked by the building — it wasn’t too hot. The food was better than we expected. Loved the kids club, and all the activities were really fun. The only downside was that the beach wasn’t as good and gentle as the northern ones, and when it was windy, umbrellas weren’t allowed. The buffet restaurant was also quite hot and stuffy."

"Choosing this hotel will ruin your Cancun trip; it's truly an awful, bait-and-switch operation. First: The hotel photos and room were completely different from reality. The front desk even brazenly admitted that the images were just 'display pictures' and not of actual rooms. Unbelievable. Second: The service was terrible. I asked the front desk to look after my washed clothes, and they ended up rolling the still-wet clothes into a bag. I was speechless. This directly led to us having no clean clothes to wear the next day. Third: This hotel uses low prices to attract guests on platforms, with misleading photos and descriptions. Once you arrive, they try to upsell you. We booked an ocean-view room, but they gave us a side room and then demanded an additional $60 for an upgrade upon arrival. Finally, I think Trip.com also has issues. How can such a terrible hotel have a 4.6 rating? This is absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, no competition."

"1. The hotel's location is great, with bus lines R1 and R2 right outside, which is very convenient. 2. The room I booked was a bit noisy, facing the street, so you could hear cars passing by, but it was still tolerable and acceptable. 3. Breakfast was decent. They said bottled water would be provided, but there wasn't any in the room when I checked in. After calling, it took quite a while for it to be delivered. The next day, after the room was cleaned, there still wasn't any, and I had to ask for it. I'm not sure why. 4. The hotel's private beach is quite nice, and the environment is lovely."

"very bad customer service from Mr. Cruz - they do not have any customer service skills and even if you have a child listed on your reservation they will charge you an extra fee for every child already listed on your online reservation. They are just trying to make extra money and when you show them the proof that the child is already listed on your reservation they stated they do not work with this company (trip.com) and that they only accept the reservation it if was done with the third party company they hire. He stated Trip.com was higher by the third company and they do not accept their reservations and it was their mistake for not showing the child in their system and an additional fee had to be paid. Mr. Cruz and other staff members were going over every reservation we had to see how they could get us and charge us fees and they would not even try to resolve this issue and asked us to pay the fee or they would cancel and to go and find another hotel and to request a refund from Trip.com very bad staff service and do not recommend to stay there if you have minors with you because you will be asked to pay about $65 a night per minor per day! Totally a rip off they know you will pay it since you are already there! We had confirmed our stay couple weeks earlier and they had confirmed occupants and nights of the stay but suddenly they did not had any of that information!"
