We were not happy with this hotel. It was not clean, run down and over priced. We had to wait in a queue for more than 30 minutes each morning for breakfast even though we went very early or later and the food was very disappointing. The room was moldy and the balcony had green slimy water. The TV remote didn’t work and we could only watch one channel. The staff were very friendly and tried their best to accommodate but we left even before our stay was up because we were very unhappy with this hotel.

Hotel is in a good area, close to lots of restaurants, tourist information and markets with street food. The area felt very safe to walk alone at night.
The hotel pool was amazing! Lots of seating and big enough that it never felt crowded.
The room was clean and spacious.
The staff were very friendly and hospitable.
The breakfast was delicious with a decent amount of variety and it changed daily. So you could try different things on the days.

Lobby and pool side are decent.
Hotel rooms are old and tired. Lift access to the One small lift was terrible with slopes/stairs . Initially assigned a room on 7 floor which is not accessible by lift and we had large suitcases. Toilet didn’t flush and smoke detector kept making a high pitch noise.

Overall I enjoyed my stay and liked the room. BUT room had no or very little hot water while refreshing after the day in the heat. Still seems basic and no towels the first night. I called and they didn't show up, went and got one from the front desk. Again basic. Location is quite nice I dodged the taxis and ubered. So cheap I felt guilty. they do stock all the things you might forget even a shaver and cream. I'd stay there again because of the price and the location.

The location of the hotel is really good, it’s close to the zona hotelera yet it’s still in downtown Cancun, it’s really close to the ADO bus station, which will allow you to take a bus to the airport or to visit other cities at a very cheap price,
The hotel looks a bit older than what appears on the pictures online, I visited 4 hotels while in Cancun and this one was the worst in télé of cleanliness, it doesn’t mean that it was dirty, but it’s definitely worst than what you can find in Cancun
The breakfast is not bad, the pool is great, the staff is friendly,
The decorative style of the hotel looked a bit outdated and it was all over the place, it didn’t feel very coherent to me, which left a bad visual impression over all
But the location of the hotel is really great, you have buses going to all sort of places just at your doorstep, that’s a great way to save on transportation, cause taxi fees can quickly add up !

Today there is no light in the hotel. The bathroom broke, the wifi doesn't walk.
