Enjoyed the all-inclusive experience.
The staff were very friendly and talked to me.
They answered my questions politely.
I was able to relax on the beach and around the pool from before check-in to after check-out!
I could eat and drink anything at any time, and my favorite is the poolside buffet restaurant đ
The alcohol is delicious here.
I was impressed that I could see the beach from my room đ
The good thing about the sun loungers by the pool (shade) is that they are secured from the morning.
It's a good idea to leave your bath towels out in the morning.
The bath towels used by the poolside can be replaced frequently without affecting the price.
You can exchange them for a card or get a new towel.
I wonder if the jacuzzi is lukewarm for Japanese people at 35 degrees Celsius?
In Mexico, where there are only showers,
I have a strong desire to soak in a bathtub... It's a shame.
It exceeded my expectations. I went with my friends this time. The location is good, right in the middle of the hotel area. The double room is 3,000 yuan a night, all-inclusive, free drinks, and good meals, but dinner often requires waiting. You can see the sea from the balcony of the room. The sea is super blue, and the project is also rich. It deserves five-star praise

We are here on vacation. The facilities are great, but the service and management are terrible.
1. We booked an ocean-view room but were given a room with a roof view instead. The ocean view was completely blocked. We were told we couldnât change the room because there were no available rooms. We had to stay in the roof-view room for one night until a proper ocean-view room became available the next day. No price difference was refunded, and we only received some snacks and a bottle of wine as compensation.
2. While we were sleeping in our room, a hotel staff member entered without our permission. This happened at 7 p.m., even though the room had already been cleaned in the morning and we did not hang a âcleaning requiredâ sign on the door. We were extremely angry as this left us feeling shocked and unsafe. When we reported this to the front desk, they claimed that rooms are cleaned twice a day, which sounded strange since weâve never encountered this policy at other hotels. We are unsure if this explanation was true.
3. The phone in our room was unable to connect to the front desk for three consecutive days. We reported the issue on the first day and were told it would be fixed, but it remained broken until we left. We never saw any maintenance staff come to repair it. Each time we needed to contact the front desk, we had to go downstairs.

I recently stayed at this hotel and noticed a few areas for improvement:
1. There was loud noise from what seemed like an exhaust fan outside, requiring the balcony door to be closed for quiet.
2. The room was very humid, and I hope the hotel can add a dehumidifier system.
3. There were too few power outlets, and the ones near the bed were awkwardly placed behind the bedside table, making them hard to reach.
4. The hotel had a noticeable damp smell in both the rooms and hallways, and ventilation was necessary to reduce it.
5. The Wi-Fi was slow and unstable, which was inconvenient.
6. As for the restaurant, the food tasted average, with the grilled meats being too salty. It would be great to see more breakfast variety, especially in terms of bread and sugar-free yogurt options.

Not enough words to compliment this stay! The hotel was
HUGE, has 2 pools on each side! Our room had the most amazing view, open our sliding door and walk right out onto the beach. The service was great as well, everyone was super friendly from front desk, workers other guests,
Housekeeping, etc! Will definitely return very soon!
Everything was amazing at this hotel except for a couple things. The service was wonderful. Enjoyed that part the most. The food was also very good. Especially enjoyed the gourmet Italian restaurant, Chianti. Service there is the bomb! The pool is small and overcrowded, however. Not much seating around the pool either. The beach was sufficiently stocked with plenty of palapas and chairs, which was nice. Didn't have a problem getting a space on the beach any time of day. The color of the water in this location is absolutely breathtaking, but the roughness of the beach is tremendous. Very difficult to enjoy the water at all. Next time I will have to find a place with calmer waters. Getting a reservation for the gourmet restaurants is daunting, as usual for Mexico. I can never understand why making dinner reservations is so difficult to do at these all inclusive hotels. It is really ridiculous. The day we arrived, the âconciergeâ (but really the timeshare sales person) promised to make a reservation for us for a few nights later to eat at the Italian restaurant, and she told us to check with her the day before to confirm the reservation. So I did exactly as she said but I was told that they cannot see what reservations are made until the day of the reservation. So I had to check again the day of, and of course there was no reservation made for us. They were able to give us a reservation for that evening, however. Good thing because I would have really been upset had they not, especially since we were going to be leaving the next day! Soooo very tired of this BS at the all inclusives. It's coming to the point where it's not even worth it to do the all-inclusive anymore. So very ridiculous, I swear. Something so easy has to be so difficult for them. Anyway, I wouldn't stay here again because we were not able to enjoy the pool at all, nor the beach because of the roughness of the water. Almost constantly there is a volleyball game going on in the pool and there's no room for anything else unless you want to get hit in the head by the ball! But the music around the pool was good most of the time.

It was a wonderful experience. Especially room services for food at night were awesome. Playing beach volleyball was pretty fun. The broken door was terrible and the Italian restaurant service was not good but other than that overall is above the average.

Make your entrance in one of the most desirable locations in all of CancĂșn. Breathe in the ocean air. Sway in a balcony hammock. Soak up the sun and scene at Bungalow Beach Club. Treat yourself at the spa. Take a swing at 18 holes. Recharge in a gorgeous suite. Welcome to SLS Cancun, a siren of the Caribbean calling you to its shores.
GGuest User2023.07.08
Where do I start from? Daniel , Erik and the whole squad were exceptional. SLS Cancun is situated in the Marina which is probably the most expensive and most luxurious place in the whole of Cancun. There are loads of restaurants and a big shopping mall literally 7-10 mins walk from the hotel. The Marina is amazing with loads of fine dinning and descent priced restaurants. I stayed in one of the suites which happens to have 2 bathrooms and a full ocean view. The best thing about this hotel and the area (the Marina) is how private, secure (tho Cancun is safe) and affluent the area is. I call the area little Miami. If you want a loud noisy area, this is not the place for you. But if you want a bit of class and then drive into the noisy area and back to peace then SLS is for you. People pay to come to the beach so itâs a private beach but obviously free for hotel guest , so you will never see a rowdy group of people. I rented a car during my stay through the hotel without even paying a deposit to the car company and obviously you get Valet parking every time. The guys are attentive and always happy to help.Ask for Daniel and Erik, those guys are everything you need. Iâll see you soon.

Amazing
DDenisHotel is located at the north east point of Cancun strip, which allows to have an access to the beach at the northern side as well as at the eastern side. Both of the beaches are hidden from big waves by the piers. Turquoize suites are spacious and well maintained with an amazing view of the sea. Hotel territory is big enough for walks around it. Sea view from different spots is really beautiful. Hotel has several pools so that the clients can choose one suitable for them. There are several restaurants and bars in the hotel as well, which brings some diversity of options. Hotel staff is very friendly and polite. Service is really good. Overall nice impression of the hotel. Turquoize suite also has a separate building, which is more quiet and a separate swimming pool with a good view of the sea. Definitely recommend this hotel to all sorts of visitors. The only thing that can be better is the food. I would give 4 points out of 5 for the food, it can be more delicious and special as well as the cocktails in the bars, but maybe itâs because of the âall inclusiveâ type of the service.

ìšìšêŒŹLeBlanc will remain a good memory for my wife and I for a long time.
I compared several places, including Nijuk and Hyatt, as recommended by acquaintances, and one of the reasons I ultimately chose them was because they had a Korean concierge.
They say Mexico has become a lot safer, but there are things you don't know.
I chose this as a way to help out and LeBlanc was a godsend during this two week long vacation.
I spent time in Tulum before arriving at LeBlanc, and there was a theft at the Azulik Hotel, which is popular for its eco-friendliness. After looking through Trip and Google reviews, I feel really sorry that I was not aware of the frequent Azulic theft incidents. Damage exceeding 4 million won was suffered...
I tried my best to find it, but English conversation is difficult in Mexico. Even though there was only one police officer who spoke English, it was very difficult.
My husband and I were able to come to our senses, even though the case could not be resolved, with the help of LeBlanc's Korean concierge, Jaeha Kim.
If Jeha wasn't there, the rest of my vacation schedule would have been ruined.
Even though he was busy, he focused on my wife and I and helped us with our work, and even after returning to Korea, he asked how we were doing and gave us great comfort. I was deeply touched by his sincerity toward his guests.
He was also very professional in solving the problem and explained in a coherent manner all the things to do and relax at the hotel.
Spots and tips inside and outside the hotel, and even tips for selecting clothes at the photo zone.^^
He even showed me pictures of what was delicious, what was good to buy, etc. Where can I meet someone like this?
Dear Jaeha, this is the first and last day for the Dink couple, who travel twice a year and focus a large part of their lives on travel.
The angel concierge at Le Blanc, which was like heavenâĄ
I have enjoyed all-inclusive experiences in Egypt.
First of all, Leblanc's liquor was exceptionally excellent, beyond comparison.
The quality of the dishes also did not lag behind.
Of course, there were some that seemed a bit insincere, but wouldn't one out of a hundred things be lacking to be humane?^^
Even if you are tired, we recommend that you enjoy the meal at one of the many restaurants rather than room service.
There are a variety of things to enjoy, including classes, spas, laser shows, performances, and more.
The private beach is also kept very clean.
I think it is a strength that can appeal because it is compared to other places, and I hope that Le Blanc will be established not only in Cancun but also in other places.
So much so that my husband is thinking about living at Le Blanc for a month.. haha.
When a picky and strict Korean man thinks about the LeBlanc Flex, his mouth hurts.
Recalling the various aspects of LeBlanc that are still vivid...âĄâĄ

DDrumjayI've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place.
Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway.
Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more.
Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more.
Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too.
Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down.
Tips and Notes
-its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room.
-tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well!
-in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a âshowâ. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action!
-bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool.
-bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it!
-2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out
-there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time.
-while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!

RRayRefer to my previous review on Aloft Cancun Hotel Zone. That was the reason why I moved to this hotel in downtown Cancun
I was more than happy to be here. The hotel itself looked kitschy with some concrete human statues at the entrance. The pool was small (you can enjoy swimming at the beach though). But overall, the vibes was homey! My booking came with free breakfast.
The receptionist - Jessica - was very welcoming. She's competent speaking in English and would explain everything you need to know upon check in. She even gave me a printed map of what I can see and do around downtown Cancun. Room was ok, large room with a kitchenette and a proper sink. There's smart TV in the room with Netflix and YouTube.
Location wise, it's 5 minutes to Soriana Supermarket, and then cross the road (Avenida Tulum) from Soriana and you're at the ADO Bus Terminal to the airport. You can also take bus R1 on Avenida Tulum to the Hotel Zone.
There's a Poke shop next door and a burger (if you are sick of Mexican food). It's 15 mins walk to Mercado 23 (where the locals shop) and you can buy souvenirs way cheaper.
You can book Uber and you'd be picked up in front of the hotel.
I will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit Cancun in the future.

LLuci.LuxyThis was our 3rd time here ( because of the jacuzzi in the room) . Unfortunately it was also our last visit . We paid for the room with jacuzzi . The AC in the room was broken , we couldnât turn it off and it was freezing cold in there . We asked them if they could turn it off . They sent someone to fix it . We waited in front of the room for some time . They turned it off but the freezing cold air was still flowing and they told us ITS LIKE THAT WE CANT TURN IT OFF .. uh okay? We asked for another room . We changed the rooms and we discovered that the jacuzzi was not working đ the jets power was like when you turn on a faucet . We couldnât even feel it. The water level was going down quickly so we had to refill the jacuzzi couple of times in one evening. Next day we asked for fixing it or changing the rooms, they sent someone again to fix it . We waited some time in front of our room as we didnât want to leave our stuff unattended (probably around 1 hour) they were still fixing it and we had enough so we went to the pool. They âfixedâ it in couple of hours and guess what . It was the same đđ€ I took the manager to the room and showed her the âpowerâ of the jets and she told me that it is working . I told her I see itâs working but it has no power and this is not jacuzzi , itâs a bathtub with faucets on . She said this is the best they could do . I told her I was on the hotel before and I know how the jacuzzi should work and this is not working and I would like another room with all amenities working . She told me there are no more rooms left in our category đ only the ona with the broken AC . ⊠I thought there will be some effort from their site to resolve this or offer something .. some gesture as an apology⊠but nothing they left us in room with broken jacuzzi and I explained to them many times that I booked the room only because of the jacuzzi . Tgey said sorry and left the room . sooo very disappointed and never coming back . I loved the hotel the first 2 times but itâs going downhill. Thatâs why it has 3 stars on Google and booking and everywhere else . Donât go there if you donât want to loose your nerves.

The air conditioning and facilities in the lobby felt old-fashioned, and the Wi-Fi was weak at times, but the location, pool, and beach view made up for it.
