Most worst hotel in Andorra. Super unfriendly staff ! No how water, no one to talk with. Everything is too old and too used. No sound isolation at all, you can hear everything from neighbors No WiFi at the rooms ! Only on the reception ! They write credit card details by hand on the paper!!! Data leakage it's only about the time !!! Avoid this place. It's not worth even it's for free

Incumplimiento del contrato, no es lo que dicen. 1- Dicen vistas a las montañas y en mi caso aún solicitándolo, me dieron una aún patio con árboles. 2- En mi contrato también ponía dos sofás, y allí solo había uno. Esto con respecto a lo que refleja el contrato. Con respecto a lo que me encontré en la estancia , fue: 1 . Las literas imposible , pero cuando digo imposible, es que no se podi. Dormir del ruido que hacían. ( Uno de mis hijos se vino conmigo a la cama y el otro durmió con el colchón en el suelo). 2.De la encimera solo funcionaba un fuego , después de varios días esperando a que me lo arreglen, la solución fue darme una encimera suelta con sus cables para que la enchufada y funcionará con ella, en vez de mandar al de mantenimiento.para quitar la estropeada y poner la nueva. En definitiva , no se cómo pueden vender ese producto como alojamiento, por poco más hay apartamentos en la zona con mucha más calidad , confort. No lo recomiendo.

El apartamento viejo, sin wifi, muy mal iluminado, el menaje de cocina escaso y la única olla sin tapa. Las mantas, la colcha y las almohadas no las han renovado desde hace 20 años por lo menos. Eso si, antes de devolverte la fianza , 150 €, revisan el apartamento por si te has llevado alguna de las antiguedades. No volveremos

La próxima que vaya a Andorra, intentaré evitar estos apartamentos. El apartamento es muy básico, en general. No tiene WIFI, lo cual me pareció mal. El encargado falta al respeto a los huéspedes y solo nos devolvió 4 de los 5 DNI que nos tenía que dar. Al principio pensábamos que se lo quedaba como fianza pero luego nos dice que ya nos lo había devuelto el primer día; mentira totalmente y nos fuimos sin uno de nuestros DNI. Te dicen que has de recoger toda la habitación al acabar, incluyendo las sábanas y todo todo; lo cual creo debería hacerlo el servicio de limpieza. Las mantas… te dice que las dejes en el armario de vuelta, por lo tanto nos dimos cuenta que no las lavan entre cambio de huéspedes (una falta de higiene enorme). Os recomiendo buscar otros alojamientos.

Lentamos la experiencia que hemos tenido con el estado de los apartamentos. El techo del baño se caía a trozos El colchón, mantas y las almohadas está excesivamente deterioradas, imposible dormir en esos colchones!! No tienen servicio de wifi Y se oye todo el ruido de los restantes apartamentos El precio es desorbitado. Ademas te dan instrucciones para que dejes el aprtamento limpio y todo doblado … Un desastre
