The duty Manager, Victoria, was great and very accommodating. It was our wedding anniversary and Victoria accommodated our request for a view facing Table Mountain. We were very happy about that. The housekeeping staff were brilliant, always smiling and joyful to all guests making them feel welcome.
In terms of the restaurant/breakfast area, it was quite disappointing as we noticed some guests receiving more attention than others, and at times, felt as though we were ignored and invisible. Unfortunately, on our last day, we bit into a sharp and hard piece of what seemed like bottle plastic in the food from the buffet section. When alerting the restaurant staff, they did not really seem bothered about the danger it had should we have swallowed it.

The location was great. A safe place to stay and enjoy the waterfront eateries and shoppings. Beautiful environment with cool weather most of the time. Staff were friendly and provided a good service.

優點：酒店地段極佳，在開普敦VA Waterfront 的核心位置，周邊商業很多，美食商場均很近
卧具舒適，但發現細小衣物殘留棉絮，衞生狀況欠佳，毛巾有消毒水刺鼻氣味，顏色偏暗沉
盥洗室設備整齊，但設計風格老舊，浴室噴頭方向缺乏調整空間，水流不匯聚，有發散
飲用水未採用國際品牌礦泉水，口感普通，兩瓶水東倒西歪，陳設雜亂，未配備高品質水晶杯
酒店前台接待缺乏五星級酒店的行李車服務（未主動提供） 酒店大門需要自己推開，缺乏門僮
電梯整體老舊，按鈕有磨損痕跡，按壓觸感反饋感受欠佳
室內空間寬敞，視野不錯，但缺乏科技感，沒有室內音箱，未配備自動窗簾、語音控制空調、全屋遙控器，未提供拖鞋、牙具、刮鬍刀 酒店網速早間測試約為50Mbps，速度一般

The property is in an excellent location for dining and shopping. There is a multitude of choice within a couple of minutes walk. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and nothing seems too much trouble. The rooms are very well appointed, moden and comfortable. The free wifi worked well and was reasonably fast for browsing and streaming. The hotel has an excellent restaurant with plenty of choice.
Overall, one of the best places to stay on the V&A Waterfront.

What a beautiful hotel first time staying here, will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Cape town, staff are very helpful and friendly and made you fell very welcome.

I wont stay there again. Showers are not clean.
Hotel is well located, but i didnt find the reception very friendly upon checkin.
We had a room in the last floors so the windows are in the roof, felt tight.
The shower has not been cleaned properly in awhile and the grout has black marks on it, i used my flops while i showered.
The room needs love and to be cleaned!
