Hotel Village Eden

Hotel Village Eden is a dream! The Caribbean of Calabria! Staff was amazing, the place was beautiful, the food was delicious. I believe that 5 stars are not enough to score our staying! Best time ever! Cant wait to go again. Highly recommended

Best six nights experience,ever. We arrived to Capo Vaticano after a long trip. The check in process went smooth ( easier if you do the on line check in the day before) and we were accompanied to our room. We arrived in time to enjoy the dinner ( we booked the formula breakfast and dinner ). -Room: spacious and luxurious. The shower box is for 2 people. -Distance from the room to the beach: we were 1 minute walking. -Beach: the hotel has its own private section. Each room is given an umbrella, a two beach chairs. These are pre assigned, to each room, with a specific number. We liked that. -Food: the breakfast is fantastic. Cold cuts, eggs, a large variety of sweets ( cakes and croissants). A couple of juices, coffee and cappuccino available. We were pleased with the choices. Dinners: every meal starts with a buffet of appetizers which includes local cold cuts, a large variety of vegetables. Then your are served your selections of primi ( starters) and secondi ( main course ). At each dinner your receive the menu for the next day one, to make your selections. Wine, soft drinks and wines are available, at la carte. Wine , excellent qualities. Cocktails are very good as well. -Sea: OUTSTANDING turquoise water. Bring your goggles to enjoy the beautiful swimming time. Lot of " Occhiate"( fish) will escort you. - Staff: ALWAYS very nice and cordial. We spent six nights, the food was so good that we never went out the property to experience other restaurants. Literally six nights in Eden . We had an amazing relaxing time in a super nice,clean and well managed property. The ratio cost vs service and quality is OUTSTANDING. If you can, please give Eden a try.

Pros - Nice beach - Good food and breakfast - Clean rooms - Aesthetically nice - Personnel in the evening restaurant is nice - The person driving the shuttle is very friendly Cons - Reception personnel is cold and not welcoming - Food at the restaurant is very expensive and portions are small - No free showers near the beach - Most games in the playground are broken or old - Gym has old equipment - Beach umbrellas are small and not enough for more than two persons - Rooms and apartments near the reception and sea are noisy due to passing shuttles and cars - Several services are paid and not free. - Laundry equipment is old and not attractive

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The resort was well maintained. We had to pay extra for lounge chairs on the beach, but we had a great view of the ocean. The breakfast buffet was great.

Everything was perfect, from check-in on time, the accommodation was tidy, clean, the staff was very pleasant, helpful, smiling, the place is heaven on earth. I have nothing to say... :-), THE ACCOMMODATION is in a beautiful garden full of greenery (aloe vera, banana trees, citrus trees, everything is arranged, the villa is modern and very nicely furnished, everything is new, clean, there was cleaning every 3 days + a complete change of towels and bed linen. Everything was in the garden, which has its own it has its own entrance and therefore provides maximum privacy with other tourists - ideal for our children aged 10 and 12. I visited this hotel in June 2023 and was very satisfied. The sea is beautiful and very close to the hotel. The room was beautiful and the meals very tasty. Thank you very much for this wonderful holiday.
