Wow what a place!
This is a wonderful hotel with the most amazing staff. You are met by the most welcoming and helpful staff. Ensure you use the free taxi service to get around which was an amazing addition to the trip and made life easy.
The room was gorgeous with incredible views of the island. We were upgraded to a too. With a hot tub which was incredible!
All the staff were always gathered for any request and couldn’t do enough for you. They were kind and attentive and gave some great suggestions when it came to visiting the island and dining.
The box of toiletries you’re given on arrival is perfect for any ladies travelling as you don’t need to think about a thing.
This is highly recommended and we would definitely go back

Very good hotel highly recommended
Especially the sea view room, when you wake up every morning, you feel like you are in a postcard from Capri.
The hotel can arrange pick-up from Naples and ferry to the hotel. One-stop service is very friendly to tourists.
There are also free shuttle buses to and from the city on weekdays.

We would highly recommend this hotel! Our visit started with snacks in the courtyard and a briefing on the highlights of Capri by Gaia. We took several of her suggestions on things to do and restaurants to try and weren’t disappointed. The room was tastefully decorated and quiet. We did not hear our neighbors. We enjoyed spending our early mornings in the room with coffee and pastries before heading downstairs for a late breakfast. The breakfast was made to order and everything was delicious. Although the hotel is outside the city center, the hotel provided transportation to and from the city center on a moment’s notice. The front desk staff were friendly, attentive and provided detailed directions for places they recommended we visit.

Gabriella and the team go above and beyond making your stay at Excelsior Parco a truly magnificent experience. Nothing was too much trouble! You cannot fault the rooms, the breakfast choice is amazing (made even more special eating it on your balcony), and the view, well it’s just priceless. Having a driver on call just adds to the experience and takes the stress out of getting around what can be a very busy island! The whole experience, totally amazing. We hope to be back! Thanks again to the whole team.

The hotel is very pleasant, with impeccable services from all the staff. We were welcomed in Portuguese by Gabriella, who was available throughout our stay and always concerned about our well-being. All facilities and the room very comfortable, with a jacuzzi on the balcony, it made us feel at home. The hotel is very well located and have a driver service always available. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

This subtle luxury hotel is definitely one we will return to! The level of care we received was excellent! We were extremely comfortable. The views from our windows and balcony were beautiful!!!!! This historic gem had fine touches around every corner. Loved spending time by the infinity pool.
