Cardiff North

Lovely big room and good value. Great breakfast and good evening meal. The only reason for the deduction is the lack of hot water in the final morning of our stay. I know this was unavoidable but not what you expect when you've paid for your stay

We recently stayed at Premier Inn Cardiff North in June and booked a Premier Plus Room, which we always do when they're available and we're so glad we did! ☺️ The room was clean, fresh and I always appreciate having a fridge in the room. The staff here were fantastic, going above and beyond for us. I want to specifically highlight the Duty Manager, Sam, who helped me out with printing some last-minute documents out before our holiday and helped ease a stressful situation so professionally 🥰 Thanks so much for your help and I look forward to staying at Premier Inn Cardiff North again if we need to!

We stayed here to see a gig in Cardiff. There’s plenty of free parking just outside the hotel and a few shops nearby. Easy journey into Cardiff so ideal location for us. From the outside the hotel doesn’t look very inviting. Looks like it used to be council flats. The inside however is really nice. We had a premier plus room (only option left when we booked). The bathroom is nicer with a walk in shower. The room also has a mini fridge and coffee machine. The only negative about this hotel was the bar. We ate there as part of the meal deal. The food was nothing special and wouldn’t bother eating there if we stayed again.

Friendly service, comfortable room. My room was spotlessly clean, quiet, good aircon. Conveniently located off the motorway. Cooked breakfast food was of a good quality. Was able to work in my room for the morning (check out is 12pm), then plenty of room to work in the lobby area. Just what I needed.
