Location Location Convenience position with shopping, restaurants around. Walking distance to Chinatown, Melbourne Museum. Super fast wifi. Secure car park (extra payment of $25/night). Deposit holding of credit card payment of $200.00. Staying foe 3 nights. Bbq on the top level balcony with city view. Will comeback again.

Location is near Victoria Market. There are restaurants and carpark available. There are 2 bedrooms and a kitchen, toilet and living room. Not a bad apartment.

The apartment was very good value for a last minute booking and was clean, spacious and well equipped. I arrived after hours and the check in with the building manager was straightforward. The location is very practical. I would definitely return!

I was honestly disappointed with my experience at this apartment. I booked for a whole week at this apartment, and on our second day in I explained to the reception that our fan for the shower and laundry wasn’t working. They had someone take a look twice; ans it wasn’t till my third reminder that they switched our room, and by that stage we only had 2 nights left of the week. They do not offer any kind of room service for the entire week. We did have a washing machine and dryer, so we were able to wash towels, but a quick service/offer to replenish or change any necessities would have been appreciated. Some of the items in the room really need replacing. Like the rusted bins and the rusting chairs on the balcony. The location is ‘okay’. If you only want food, chapel street in a short walk away. But if you want to be more central to the action, it’s a little far. Walk to Vic market about 7 mins, walk to Melbourne central about 11 minutes. If you’re taking public transport and carrying a lot of luggage, it’s not the most convenient place to get to. Besides the above, the room was comfortable and spacious. Out balcony was nice, but not much of a view, unless you like people watching (watching tenants in the building across from you) or being watched.

The overall room is very well designed and overall clean and consistent with the reference image! Not in the free tram zone however acceptable. There is a good noodle stall downstairs from the apartment

The room was OK, but the air conditioning was not working. There was only one air outlet in the living room, which was a bit hot. The hotel front desk was not always staffed, probably because they were working 8 hours a day. There was no one in the morning or evening, so you had to call to contact them.
