"Location is great. EV charger is a plus, unfortunately it was locked with Tesla only. Management should unlocked it for other EV to used. Housekeeping is not daily. This is a disappointment. Cleaned is the room is ok. 6/10. No service at all. Need to pop down to reception for any additional thing you like. E.g. more coffee or tea."

"It was very clean and nice! The heated pool was right in front of me, which made me feel like I was staying in a hotel overseas, which was also nice. There were no slippers or bathrobes. I went there after 10:00 to leave my luggage, but I was able to check in. It's in the Fitzroy area, so it's a little far from the city center, but I thought it would be a great place to explore the Fitzroy area."

"We had a booking in May 2025 for a Saturday night. Arrived after reception had closed, so picked up the keys from next door (Best Western I think it was). Got up to room and it had not been cleaned from previous people. When I rang the after hours number, was told there was nothing they could do, and they would refund the money. Not helpful when it was 6pm on a Saturday night. And to top it all off we had to pay to get out of the carpark- which I was told I would be refunded for, but that has not happened."
