Lovely resort with plenty to do on and off site for children and adults. Despite the poor weather we were able to enjoy swimming, arcades and play area. Shops were conveniently located only 6 mins drive away. The lodge was clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. We particularly liked that tea towels, sponges and washing up liquid provided as well as portioned salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar and portion milks. Thanks for a great stay!

Wow! We read the reviews prior to booking and were not disappointed. The staff are exceptional and the bar food/restaurant was mind blowing (glad we got to use it 2 nights). The kids loved it too. We had king-size with 2 single beds for our family and the room was a great size. It's the little touches for the price!...box of tissues, mugs (not tiny cups) biscuits/hot chocolate, a mini bar with 4 water bottles an extra thoughtful touch. Great hair dryer too. Little ******* were shower had to be held as the fixing was incompatible and the left window isn't fitted properly so you could really hear the wind. I really feel these will be resolved as soon as. Plenty of towels and hand/body wash too. So glad we found this place and will definitely be back. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for making our stay great x there is parking across the road £12 for 3 nights. Bargain!

I don't usually write reviews but had too for this little place. Was a multi night stay booking from my company wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised was really clean and tidy hotel although could do with an update. Room was very clean and fresh with everything I needed. Scott on checkin was very efficient even gave me directions to get back south without going back on myself due to where I was working. Natasha was also helpful with good places to eat that wasn't burger king. The only downside was the night gent I think he had south African accent on my way out in the morning stopped me when I was near the door asking if I was going north or south I just wanted to get going at that time in a morning and if I wanted directions I would of asked which I already had to previous nights member of staff I found it slightly annoying other then that I had a great stay and if in the area again I would definitely stay here.
