Had couple if issues hot water tap on sink not working was fixed but only lasted a couple of days, we didn't have a balcony and the door to go outside was hit and miss whether it locked or even opened. Our room was comfortable and clean could have done with kettle. breakfast was good lots of choice. Pool and area around was kept clean. Bar was very understocked and no atmosphere, no menu at bar for any snacks lunchtime unless you were happy with a cheese n ham toastie. Underpass to small beach not open don't think it has been for years but still advertising that you can get to beach. Staff were okay. Although we had some issues we still had a good holiday would rate it 3 star tops.

Stayed here for 10 nights recently and had a wonderful time. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the place was kept impeccably clean throughout. Breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice of the usual continental selections. One thing to note is that the path down to the little pebble beach was closed for the whole time we were there; it looked like storm damage. Also, the pool is VERY chilly so be warned! Other than those minor quibbles, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in this fantastic location.

Very nice hotel. My traveling wife always wants a room on a high floor and if possible with a view of the sea or swimming pool. We got what she asked for😁the only problem was that the elevator was broken, I had read it in the comments but I thought that since it was a 4 star the problem would have been resolved at our arrival and well no😊😊so 100 markets several times a day very good for cardio. Otherwise a very good room with terrace and an exceptional view of the sea and the swimming pool. Very varied breakfast. So we were happy.

Beautiful establishment by the sea with breathtaking views of Castelsardo. Clean and spacious room with exceptional view. However, this establishment both benefits and suffers from the madness of the 70s. Too large volumes which generate significant resonances in the corridors and especially in the restaurant which must be avoided both for its noise and its culinary level. Too bad because with a little noise-proofing this hotel would be quieter. Complete and perfect breakfast. Lamentable level of catering and far too noisy room. I noted 75 db. And To end on a positive note, the staff as a whole are welcoming, helpful and pleasant

Its only asset is its view of the sea and the old town. For the rest, a breakfast of absolute sadness: it feels like a community restaurant without a soul: Huge room with small tables scattered everywhere, plastic glasses, buffets distributed in the four corners undoubtedly to give an impression of choice, canned fruit, barely ripe vegetables, let's not talk about the quality of the coffee. Yet we are in Italy. Correct room. But the elevator stops on the second floor and the room was on the third. Pool side with loud sound throughout the afternoon. We wonder how this hotel got 4 stars.

The positive thing about the hotel is that it is well located, clean, the rooms are spacious and the pool is great. The negative is that the bed is very very uncomfortable, they do not replace the samples, the quality of the food is fair and the coffee is very bad.
