Hotel is very nice! Very friendly and client oriented staff. Food entertainment family friendly hotel with amazing New Year organization with 2 concerts. Must to visit both in winter and summer. Ne venue is big enough if you go with kids huge kids club and aqua park. Food and beverage both for those who are detoxing and like to eat

Nice facilities with excellent pools, water park and beach. We stayed in a bungalow which was infested with mosquitoes and smelt of sewerage. Dining was acceptable however seemed to be catering for 1000 people at a time. Dinner was ok and breakfast a lot better. It seems that the best facilities are reserved for the high rollers. We were invited to the hotel previously and had a fantastic meal in the main building however this time we left dissatisfied and won’t go back to stay.
