This hotel consists of four rooms on the seventh floor of a largely residential block, but with lift access. It is situated within easy walking distance of the main sights and the railway and bus stations. Our flight to Catania was delayed, so we were sent details of the various key codes needed to access the building, which worked fine. The reception is not usually manned, so, in fact, we saw no one from the hotel (but didn't need to – and had contact details in case of any issues) until we were leaving a few days later, when the owner, Antonella, made a point of catching up with us. The room was recently refurbished (along, I guess, with the whole hotel). It was clean, well-appointed and comfortable, with an ensuite bathroom. Notes suggested that breakfast was available to order, but, since we saw no one, we did not know how to access this. However, this was not an issue, with a very serviceable coffee bar more or less next door. Recommended.

My stay at B&B Oblo was so relaxing and comfortable. The room was immaculately clean, it had a wonderful view of the port and it felt very safe. As a solo traveller, it was important to feel secure, and I definitely felt that. Also the host Antonella, was so helpful making my stay really fun. She helped organise various activities and took the time to explain to me the layout of the city. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Spettacolo. Dico solo questo. Lo trovato per caso ma per caso sarò il suo cliente definitivo... La proprietaria ha una gentilezza straordinaria trovare persone così è difficile. Antonella ci vediamo a febbraio 2026.... Ci vedremo molto presto un cliente fisso

Das B&B liegt sehr günstig zum Hauptbahnhof sowie zur Altstadt. In 10 Minuten Fußweg ist man dort. Das B&B befindet sich in der 7. Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses und wird von einer sehr freundlichen Gastgeberin geleitet. Sie hat mir alles erklärt und mich gleich willkommen gefühlt. Das Zimmer ist modern und sauber, sehr toll war der kleine Balkon mit seitlichem Blick zum Hafen und Mittelmeer. Alles in allem- Aufenthalt empfohlen!

Io e la mia ragazza bbiamo soggiornato in questo meraviglioso b&b per Capodanno nella tripla Ammiraglio. Camera stupenda, molto spaziosa e comoda con un' affascinante doccia a vista sulla camera con led multicolore, per emozionanti momenti di intimità. La ragazza della reception è veramente gentilissima e aperta ad accogliere e soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Colazione servita in camera, abbondante e personalizzabile in ogni sfumatura. Il B&B si trova al settimo piano e dunque è possibile godere di un ottimo panorama sul mare e porto, dista circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla Via Etnea ( via principale di Catania). Prezzo giusto considerando il periodo e quello che offre il B&B. Unica pecca, il portone di ingresso è un po' complicato da trovare. Consigliatissimo.

Uno dei B&b migliori che abbia mai provato e lo conferma questo mio secondo soggiorno , il primo mi ha decisamente conquistata! Posizione strategica per chi non fosse automunito, accogliente e rilassante nel suo arredamento, cura nei dettagli, pulitissimo , silenzioso, si trascorrono delle ore in tutta tranquillità! Vista panoramica splendida sul porto di Catania! Anche per poche ore ti senti a casa! I proprietari sono davvero accoglienti, disponibili e molto gentili. Il B&b rispecchia la loro professionalità! Lo consiglio assolutamente!

Klein aber sehr fein. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich, gehen auf alle Wünsche gern ein und übertreffen jegliche Erwartungen. Auf dem Balkon kann man herrliche Sonnenuntergänge über Catania beobachten. Das Frühstück ist phänomenal: regionale Produkte, Selbstgebackenes, abwechslungsreich.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B per un breve soggiorno a Catania in occasione del matrimonio di una cara amica. Ci siamo trovati benissimo a dir poco!!! La posizione è di certo il punto forte di questo B&b visto che si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, 10 minuti a piedi dal Duomo di Sant’Agata e vicino c’è anche il mare per farsi un bagno. La struttura si trova al settimo piano con doppi ascensori, e anche se da fuori il palazzo non è bellissimo ma all’interno è stata completamente ristrutturata da poco e tutti gli spazi nelle varie stanze sono stati sfruttati molto bene. L’ambiente è molto confortevole, la doccia molto grande e il terrazzino vivibile. Molto gentile la proprietaria Antonella nell’accoglienza e nel darci delle preziose dritte e suggerimenti per visitare al meglio Catania!
