"The room was seriously different from the description. It was a very small room, only about 8 square meters, dark and cramped, with old facilities. The Wi-Fi signal was extremely poor and kept disconnecting. Fortunately, the mobile network was sufficient. When I booked, I specifically chose a more expensive room type, but I was given the worst one. After negotiating with the male receptionist, I failed. I contacted Ctrip customer service, who said that they had communicated and asked me to change to a larger room. As a result, after I went downstairs, I was replaced by a female receptionist. At first, she said that there was a king-size bed room available for change. The room was large and the location was good. As a result, when I was about to give the room card, she asked to ask the supervisor. After the call, she said that there was no room. I wasted more than half an hour again. She said that it was just booked. It was booked in a few minutes? The woman made an excuse that she was a newcomer and made a mistake."

"It's located in an old apartment building, requiring you to climb one flight of stairs. It's more like a guesthouse with a common area. The rooms are reasonably sized, but the bathroom smells. You need to bring your own slippers, toothbrush, and shower gel, as they only have one bottle (it's unclear whether it's for shampoo or shower gel). The bed sheet was very thin and only came with one sheet. When we contacted customer service, they said it was being washed due to the season and they could provide an extra sheet. They also offered to store our luggage in the common area upon arrival. The Wi-Fi was very slow, and our communication with customer service was ineffective. Overall, it's okay for one night. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the city center, subway station, or transfer station. It's worth mentioning that customer service responded very quickly."
