I stayed with my family for four days at the end of December 2024. The residence is located in the center of Catania, every day there is a city market in the morning and on Saturdays all day so it is advisable to park the car in the Bellini multi-storey car park which is about 300 meters from the residence. Negative note: given the market early in the morning (about 06.00) all the street vendors arrive and start making a bit of noise and if you are a light sleeper like me you risk waking up and not falling asleep again. For the rest I recommend it for the strategic position and size of the internal rooms.

The apartments are well-kept, carefully cleaned and equipped with everything you need. The girl Evelyn, very welcoming and helpful certainly deserves a mention. Well done, keep it up! The residence is located in the middle of the market area, a lively area! Down there you can park from late afternoon but at night you still have to move the car, before the market starts. However, there are many notices posted in the structure. Excellent location for those who want to visit Catania on foot and excellent apartment also for those who need to work in Smart working.

English: We were guests of this property for three nights from March 18 to 21. We took 4 apartments for 13 people and I must say that inside the furniture and cleanliness are actually good. My rating Poor is due to the treatment of the owner towards us. Unfortunately we happened to be in a period in which there was work to expand the subway and without being warned in the days before our arrival we found a notice a few hours after having paid the bill that warned of the lack of electricity for March 20. During the stay the lady warned us that the expected time is from 3pm to 11pm. It is easy to imagine the great inconvenience for us also because we came from the excursion to Etna and we found ourselves without electricity (as described), without water and without heating..... We were unable to go to the bathroom having to resort on a rainy day to go around the bars with children of 9-10 years, to take refuge and warm ourselves in restaurants, in short a disaster. The thing that bothered us the most was the total abandonment by the lady, who was not the least bit concerned about our discomfort, in fact once we pointed it out, she expressly told us that we were the ONLY ones to complain!!!!! I would have thought it appropriate for the lady to have a coffee... a breakfast... or 5 euros to apologize... which was not done UNFORTUNATELY!!!! So unfortunately I do not recommend it, in fact stay away because if you have a problem, no one will HELP you for sure.

Very nice apartment in the heart of Catania… perfect location to explore the city. The apartment is equipped with all comforts and is very spacious, has a fully equipped kitchen, modern furniture and 2 large balconies. Only flaws: The very uncomfortable sofa bed and the bathroom not very clean..

Renovated structure with modern and still new furniture, everything very pleasant overall. Clogged shower drain and bad smell from the toilet drain... Ordinary maintenance to pay attention to... Cleanliness... Apparent... To be explored further... Immaculate linen and well-cleaned fridge. Very helpful lady. Excellent location
