Stayed there for 4D3N , never expected that the single room is so spacious since nakalagay sa description na good for 1 lang but it turned out na malaki siya and can even accomodate 2 pax. Very convenient ang check in and check out. One recommendation is ung slipper , sana merong available na room/hotel slipper. But overall exp was great

I had a great stay at the hotel, very convenient, and close to major establishment. Restaurant adjacent to the hotel, IT park is a 10-minute walk away. Ayala Cebu is like around 800-1000m away. But if you are one of those people who travel to touristy areas, this is quite out of the way, but do not fret, as i have mentioned, IT park is a 5-minute walk away, and near Ayala Central Block you can find a PUV terminal to city outskirts, and you can ride MyBus from there to SM City from there you get to have access to almost every mode of transportation. Will definitely choose to stay here again when i come back to cebu!

Always been my go-to hotel when visiting Cebu, even before the pandemic. For Sinulog 2025, I booked a one-night stay and was delighted to find they now include breakfast! A Pleasant and Comfortable Stay My partner and I stayed at this hotel for almost a week and overall, we had a great experience. The room was spacious enough for two people, and could even comfortably accommodate a small family. The large bed was perfect for a restful sleep, and the air conditioning worked well, keeping us cool throughout our stay. The bathroom was clean, although we did encounter a minor issue with the shower head at the beginning — black particles were coming out, but this was promptly addressed. We also noticed that the room had a slightly oldish smell on the first day, which might be due to the building being a bit aged. Still, for the price and the size of the room, it’s definitely a good bargain. We appreciated the daily housekeeping service; staff would come in to tidy up and collect the trash, which helped maintain cleanliness throughout our stay. Hot water could be requested from the kitchen staff starting at 7 AM in case no thermos was available, which was a nice touch. The hotel staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed — a definite highlight of our stay. The location is also convenient, with a 7/11 and several stores nearby (though some close early at night). For a local food experience, there’s authentic Filipino barbecue right outside the hotel in the evenings, and a number of restaurants are within walking distance. All in all, we had a relaxing and comfortable stay, and we would definitely consider coming back. Highly recommended for couples and families looking for an affordable and cozy place to stay!

Mr. Gary, the host, had been very accommodating. He toured us to where we could find the amenities up until to our room. The room was very spacious with cooking utensils, a fridge, a smart tv, extra bed foam and pillows. Even though there were quite a number of people in the pool, we still enjoyed it since it is big and we do not feel cramped up. Location is near a lot of restaurants as well as Cebu IT park with varieties of food and entertainment. Check-out was hassle-free. Will be coming back if given the time.

There is no hot water & hair dryer, no quilts are provided, only thin sheets. The room looks like a half-finished product. The room is clean but almost nothing is provided. The air conditioner is cold enough. The location is good.

The Capsule is spacious, the place is clean, there's a hot and cold shower, i definitely book again, it suits the budget, and it's recommended. If you have no towel just deposit 200 pesos and you will return the towel and get back the money. All is ok in this Hostel.

While everything was close to perfect, a minor improvement could be enhancing soundproofing in the rooms to block out occasional street noise. Nonetheless, this did not significantly detract from my overall experience. I highly recommend the Tsai Hotel and Residences to anyone visiting the area. It offers excellent value for money, a prime location, and impeccable service that guarantees a memorable stay. I am looking forward to returning on my next trip!

It was okay. Located in the heart of the city which was really good. Stayed for 4 days. Only issue was the wifi connection. It was intermittent. But overall okay.

Service is nice, facilities is very clean. Always greated by the staff. Thank you!!
