Family-friendly Hotels in Cebu

Its the blue branding! Really felt the difference! Though hotel is a bit ancient, service and facilities are still very good

We got a Mountain View room and the mountain was full of shacks it was a terrible view. The room and bathroom needs renovations! The bathroom looks a bit dirty and old, there is a carpet in the room which gives off an unpleasant smell. The service was pretty great. You can’t have your own drinks by the poolside you have to buy from the bar. The breakfast was great, a variety of options everyday. The location was also great!

WE are returning guests. Last her about 1 year ago. Nonetheless, the staff during breakfast remember us and knowing our needs served us black coffee. Kudos. The restaurant staff were fantastic during out stay (very courteous and service oriented), The food were also great, kudos to the Chefs. The doorman and Security paid very much attention on our arrival and every departure out. Keep it up. The Mall was definitely an added attraction. All we need were there. Last but not least were the Front Office Staff. Love their welcome smile and greeting. Kudos to all.

I booked a one-bedroom suite on the day of arrival. Trip(.)com booking easily found by front desk agent. Hotel requires php 2,000 pesos deposit in cash or credit card. Free parking is indoors. WiFi was slow at first, but improved with speeds of 50mbps. Breakfast buffet on the RD roofdeck was simple buffet with an amazing view of Cebu. Air conditioning was cold and clean. Bed was medium soft and bed sheets clean. Bathroom amenities include basics dental kit, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in pump bottles. 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels.

This is our first time staying at Montebello, and we had a fun time during our stay. My kids loved the amenities especially the Pool. Buffet is delicious, with all the servers attentive to our needs. It's a hidden gem within the bustling city. Definitely will be coming back soon!

Everything is perfect I heard that the pressure is weak. Breakfast by the sea is the best. It tastes good too! Thank you very much for the staff who continued to inquire and treat you. Finally, you can also take a free shuttle van from the property to the harbour. I slept while waking up to the sound of the sea, swimming in the ocean just before my vacation

So, this is our 2nd time in this hotel and the front desk officer MS KRIS is just way too rude and is really incompetent at customer service, i’ve been in customer service for way so long, and she doesn’t even know how to deal with simple matters. Also the grooming isn’t very pleasant at all. She may try to do a refresher training on CUSTOMER SERVICE. The hotel itself is NOT PET FRIENDLY , the last time they allow us to bring our baby pup but this time KRIS approached us with a very unfriendly manner. Take note they will only treat you well if you stay in a deluxe room cause we did stay in deluxe the last time my sister was here and they also overcharged us that time which made my sister so mad😂(the agent that time was also this girl named KRIS) so you might as well beware of her🤦♀️ she’s the worst. On the other hand, the staffs at the dining area are all great and helpful as well as the staff named FATIMA from front desk.

It was good resort

Have a pleasant stay at la playa Estella. The staffs are so accommodating and friendly, very neat and tidy room. We got a sumptuous food and a so wide fine white sand near the resort.

the room is clean however they should improve with the following: Small water for arrivals. Bed is somewhat moving and old. Foam is old too fluffy. Bed sheet too thin, blanket is not a blanket. chairs are damaged dangerous to seat upon. curtains are not blacked out wifi too slow.  the person incharge is very friendly and the guards are very accomodating.
