The hotel was average, the room was ok, the cleaning was good. Quite ok for just sleeping and changing clothes. Great beach with good opportunities for coffee and lunch/dinner. Negative was that it is very responsive. The staff at Hotel Universal was more service-oriented than those at the twin hotel. We are satisfied.

Sono anni che faccio la mia vacanzina a Cervia presso Hotel Diplomatic o Hotel Universal. Entrambi molto puliti e confortevoli, fronte mare. Staff molto gentile e collaborativo. Breakfast sempre presso Hotel Universal adiacente a Hotel Diplomatic. La colazione è meravigliosa e molto varia. C’è di tutto e presentato molto bene e in ordine. Tavoli dentro e fuori apparecchiati con precisione. Massima pulizia. I camerieri molto gentili e servizievoli. Quando ritorno a Cervia contatto solo queste strutture perché offrono il massimo che uno può aspettarsi.

Questo hotel 3 stelle si trova sul lungomare di Cervia,vicino alla pineta di Pinarella.Le camere sono abbastanza grandi con terrazzo vista mare ,il bagno spazioso con doccia e shampoo nei dosatori molto apprezzato.Cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni ,pulizia ottima su tutti gli spazi sia camere che spazi comuni.Per la colazione si effettua nell hotel a fianco Universal 4 stelle,fornita di tutto,sia dolce che salato, le brioches più buone mai mangiate in assoluto,di tutti i gusti .Cappuccino buonissimo ,frutta biologica succhi,tutto buonissimo complimenti agli chef di pasticceria.Camerieri disponibili e veloci nel servire.Anche la piscina si trovava in questo hotel.granfe con lettini idromassaggio e vicino c è anche una palestra piccola ma con attrezzi validi

A parte le signora bionda con i capelli ricci alla reception, il resto del servizio in hotel lasciava un po' a desiderare. Colazione nell'hotel di fianco. Piscina anche. Nel bagno il secondo giorno abbiamo dovuto chiedere due asciugamani per le mani che mancavano. Sempre nel bagno non c'era alcun bicchiere, nè per appoggiarci spazzolini, ne per bere. Il frigo nella camera sembrava non funzionare, in realtà ho dovuto spingere bene la spina, ma per un giorno non ho usufruito del servizio frigo. Per tre giorni davanti alla nostra porta della camera era rimasto fisso il carrello delle pulizie semivuoto con alcune cose sporche dentro. 15 euro al giorno per parcheggio scoperto non custodito non lo fanno pagare nemmeno nei parking degli aeroporti. Mi dispiace, ma non sono rimasta soddisfatta per il servizio complessivo che mi aspettavo in un hotel che si rispetti sul lungomare di Cervia di certo non a buon mercato.

Hotel molto carino a 100 mt dalla spiaggia...Personale educato e molto disponibile...Camera piccolina ma pulitissima! Prezzi modesti (50€ a notte a persona b&b) data la posizione e il periodo (24-26 agosto)...Da ritornarci volentieriiiiiiiiiiii!

Per la terza volta abbiamo passato un lungo weekend nella bella Cervia ed abbiamo usufruito come sempre degli ottimi servizi offerti dall'Hotel Diplomatic. Per noi è diventato un punto di riferimento fisso. Camere pulite, personale sorridente ed efficiente, colazione TOP. Fronte mare e vicino a tutti i servizi. Consigliato!!
