"For a few days, however, we appreciated the room, which was quiet thanks in part to the internal doors between the bedroom and bathroom, and adjustable air conditioning. Breakfast was plentiful, though not particularly suitable for vegans for a 4-star hotel (various plant-based milks, only one type of croissant, fruit, cereal, and bread; in short, it could be better). A few unexpected issues with the hotel were resolved fairly quickly, and the staff was very helpful."

"A beautiful week. Heatful welcome, all the staff is very gentle and nice. The structure and comfortable at sea, there is a beautiful garden with tables where to relax mostly in the evening. The room for us at the 4th floor is completely new, beautifully elegant, with a beautiful terrace, nothing misses. All hotels have the maximum cleaning of the order. We have chosen to complete pension and to say food!! Compliments to the chef, all excellent and quality, also a quick and careful service in the dining room. You can also have the bikes. It means for the service you deserve a more star, really good for everyone."

"We are now on this hotel – for the third time in our Ironman Italy participation. The first booking in 2021 was primarily the key location for us: directly on the runway and in the immediate vicinity of the switch zone and the starting area – for a competition. But at our second booking in 2023 it was not the situation, but rather the heart of the owner's family and the entire team that convinced us. You feel here not just as a guest, but really welcome. Particularly impressed is the commitment during the event days: The whole family stands on the track with music box, fires the athletes to late to the night and makes a fantastic atmosphere – a real example for Host friendship and tourism! Despite the seasonal end, after certainly tough weeks, you don't realize any fatigue – on the contrary, motivation and kindness are as if the season just started. We can therefore only warmly recommend this hotel – not only for Ironman, but determined throughout the season. Thank you for the great service and great hospitality!"

"I recently stayed at this hotel in Cervia, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, especially considering the current phase of the AI revolution, where some industries are thriving. However, the hospitality sector at this establishment appears to be struggling, as evidenced by the unprofessionalism and lack of service exhibited by the staff. CONS: Check-in Experience: The check-in experience was entirely negative. The reception staff, numbering more than five individuals behind the desk, seemed to lack any hospitality background or even a basic attitude suited for the industry. My simple request for an iron and board was denied, with the staff deeming it the strangest request they had ever encountered. Their communication skills were lacking, and their facial expressions, including smiles, were conspicuously absent. Maintaining eye contact proved challenging, as their focus remained fixed on computer screens. Basic mannerisms, such as standing up from chairs while interacting with guests, were also noticeably absent. In-house Experience: Throughout my six-night stay, greeting guests seemed nonexistent in their dictionary. Housekeeping services were subpar, limited to changing towels and making the bed without addressing essential tasks like changing bed sheets, dusting tabletops, or thoroughly cleaning the floor and bathroom. The superficial cleaning left hygiene concerns unaddressed. PROS: Restaurant Experience: The only redeeming aspect of my stay was the restaurant experience. Mrs. Michela, in particular, exhibited a genuine passion for her job. Her professionalism and understanding of guest needs made the morning breakfast and dinner enjoyable. However, the buffet food was only mediocre. Check-out Experience: The check-out experience was positive, thanks to the professionalism of the night receptionist. Overall Impression: It appears that this hotel is managed by individuals lacking a hospitality background. The absence of an apparent management team suggests a lack of oversight and care for guest experiences. The hotel is, unfortunately, old, smelly, and damp, providing inadequate service for the money spent. Recommendation: I strongly advise potential guests to avoid this hotel in Cervia. Despite boasting a 4 star rating on paper, its performance merits a negative - 4 star rating. The facts of the Hotel do not match with the website photos. The facility's age, unpleasant odour, dampness, and subpar service render it an unwise investment with no value for money."
