The breakfast/brunch, with free access until 1 pm and included in the price, is advertised as a great plus of the structure; the idea is good and the food is acceptable; at least coffee and hot drinks could be prepared on the spot and not left to the usual sad automatic machine. The spa area must be booked and paid for separately so we gave up. The hotel's excellent location near the canal port, the sufficient cleanliness and the courtesy of the staff are all good, but as a 4-star hotel we are not there at all, the comparison with other structures is merciless.
