Not professional at all. Internet signal doesn’t reach the rooms. When you ask about it, the blame your device even though we’re a family of 5 with more than 10 apple devices and none catches the wifi. We have a room on floor 1 and a room on floor 2 and wifi doesn’t reach either. One of the mattresses of the bunk beds is extremely bad. The electricity plugs are scarce and in one of our rooms, only 1 plug was working.

Room 214 with devastated door and windows, they didn't even close, barracks beds e.i. dirty room, dust everywhere, hair in the shower cubicle, continuously leaking sink, clogged drains, no hot water, and the icing on the cake ... music playing until midnight ... and **** the quiet weekend. At my complaints I was told ... but we always do this here. The children couldn't sleep because of the music...and they told me: but we have to entertain people... The package offered by Mirabilandia should guarantee a service... not a disservice. See you never again.

Chosen through hotel package + Mirabilandia. Simple but clean room, very convenient location, unfortunately the excessive noise in the evening, due to the restaurant or the other rooms, did not let us rest. Standard breakfast, pretty good desserts.

A pleasant surprise to discover this hotel with the mirabilandia package. We stayed with a group of friends last weekend. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, walking distance from downtown. Excellent and plentiful dinner at the hotel enlivened by music. Kindness of the staff. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Mirabilandia

We were there on an educational trip with the third classes of our high school and we found a more than decent structure. The lady, the new owner, showed us exquisite kindness, adapting to all the needs and changes that occurred day by day. All the staff were very helpful to us.
