Great looking hotel with everything you need in a great location of the town. The manager Lilli was very inviting and informative on our arrival and the room was excellent. We had a small issue with the sofa bed my 16 year old son was sleeping on so after a quick phone call with Lilli, he arrived at the room soon after and offered us a solution of a free room next door for my son. An excellent solution that was very happily accepted. I felt this was excellent decision making and shows the hotel in a very unique light. In fact, all the staff were very nice & helpful. A great place to stay.

This is a wonderful bed and breakfast out of the ordinary Completely different and with an unique style The owner is busy at the restaurant downstairs but he is always available for any request Less kind is the man who answer the phone for the reservations.

Wir haben das Hotel durch Empfehlung eines Einheimischen gebucht und dürfen sagen, das war eine top Empfehlung. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hafen, ist top ausgestattet, mit herrlichem Blick auf das Hafenbecken. Die Zimmer sind fantastisch ebenso der Frühstücksraum, in dem ein Architekt tolle Arbeit geleistet hat. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Gastgeber außerordentlich freundlich. Im Restaurant des Hauses kann man auch sehr gut essen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder Top Empfehlung für Cesenatico

Una bellissima esperienza,in un hotel moderno di design, che offre tutti i servizi che si possono desiderare in una vacanza.Camere pulite e organizzate. Non sembra di essere in hotel, c'è amore e cura in ogni oggetto. La presenza dei proprietari disponibili e cortesi,fa si che tutto funzioni alla perfezione. Siamo stati trattati con grande gentilezza e professionalità dal direttore Signor Emanuele. Praticamente siamo stati proprio bene.

Direttamente sul porto canale di Cesenatico. Camere con tutti i comfort e arredate in maniera maniacale. Emanuele con la sua professionalità è un padrone di casa eccezionale. La colazione è un perfetto connubio tra dolce e salato. Una bomboniera.

Peccato. Casa Dodici è in una bella posizione, ha un elegante e confortevole arredamento, ineccepibile la pulizia, ma, peccato che a ricevere gli ospiti ci sia il Signor Emanuele. Senza un minimo di garbo e assolutamente inadatto al ruolo che ricopre. A causa sua non torneremo più in quella Struttura. Un consiglio, per il prezzo alto e i servizi inesistenti, meglio cercare altrove.
