"Went on a cycling holiday recently (late Sept/early Oct) with a group of friends. Fantastic experience in the Hotel Lungomare. Wonderful staff and food and a good beachside location, if a little distant from Cesenatico (approx 4.5KM). Relaxed weeks cycling. Rooms however, need updating and Cycling Guides could usefully have explained some of the history and backround of some of the beautiful places we visited. This would certainly have enhanced the whole experience!. Also, most other surrounding hotels had closed for the season and the area was a little quiet. Really enjoyed the stay and we were made feel very welcome."

"In our opinion this hotel is a 5 star hotel only for the prices, not the services. The air conditioning does not work well in an almost tropical climate with a high humidity of almost 40 degrees in the shade. The pool needs a good renovation with the floor with broken tiles. The staff is rather haughty and responds vaguely to the customer's answers without giving any concrete help. The breakfast was certainly not the breakfast of a 5 star hotel."

"We received a very warm welcome. The staff were very warm and friendly. Breakfast was excellent; everything was beautifully presented. There was a huge selection, everything you could want for breakfast. We were delighted by the staff in the breakfast room every morning; we felt well looked after and everyone was very friendly. The rooms had a refrigerator, which we thought was great. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. There was parking available; what more could you want? Thank you for our stay. "We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Lungomare. - the entire staff was friendly and helpful. - the Basic room was small but adequate - the AC was not cool enough - the shower head kept falling off. - the group cycling rides were well organized. There was only one stop for snacks, photos on each ride. If you want to really explore the area by bike, I suggest you plan your own rides. - the cooking class and van excursions were very enjoyable. - the food was excellent - every meal was buffet style with many choices. - excellent value of the room+cycling + buffet meals (Super Half Board) - bike security was good. - the immediate local is a tourist strip of hotels without much in the way of good shopping or site-seeing. The beach is right outside the door."

"Plus - beautiful decor at the pool area, convenient location in front of the beach. Cons- Old and broken, needs renovation urgently. Kids club area is a poor underground area with no much to do. Price/quality doesnt seem fair, not to mentioned the overpriced beach that you need to add to your booking or pay later, to enjoy a very questionable see water."

"One day before arriving at the facility, an email arrives to check in online, otherwise I will have to pay €5 per person, from when do you pay for check in and then in September?? Parking payment in September of €10 per day, the four-legged friend who is welcome payment of €10 per day. I don't want to describe the furniture, the showers and so on as it is a structure from the 70s, but only two aspects should be modified: The food is terrible, nothing to do with the typical Romagna welcome, dishes prepared some time in advance and reheated , I witnessed a dish being refused and served to another table. Bottled water comes from the tap!! And it is offered at the same price as a closed PET bottle. Breakfast offers millions of croissants and cakes but they are old and several days old. The bed mattress in the room is very uncomfortable with non-existent pillows."
