Popular Cha-am 4-star Hotels

The service is excellent. Khun Max F/O, Khun Peng,Khun Pluem,Khun Por at swimming pool is fantastic as we got an accident around the pool all of them was came immediately for help with first aids equipment. Also Khun Max ring me a call for check to be confirmed everything would be alright. All hospitality keep us in touch. We are certainly sure will be back again in soonest . Belle

The hotel is located in a good location, not far from Hua Hin town. The room is big, the facilities are old but usable. The breakfast is good and we enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the beach is not there to walk and the current was so strong. Hopefully that the beach would come back. The staff are helpful and very attentive to your request.

The room we had was a bit old and we did get bedbugs bit my son and I where we slept on the sofa. The smell of the bed sheet wasn't fresh like newly washed.However, the facilities were worth the money, we like shower gel and shampoo that we have to buy from reception once we check out. Kids are having tons of joy with the swimming pool, kids playroom and the food vendor and bar with the fair price. I will come back next time and hope the room gets a little renovation.

The location is great. There are restaurants and cafe nearby. Room is ok. My kid loves the pool and the beach.

The hotel location is very good, beachfront and flanked by two 5-stars properties. The room (we had one on the beach side) was alright. The air con was on when we checked in, which was nice in a hot afternoon. There were some mosquitoes, which could have sneaked in while we opened the door. The downside came at night when we discovered there was no hot water in the shower. We tried every way but no hot water through our stay. As it was only one night, we didn’t inform the hotel. Breakfast, there was not much on display, but the breakfast room is well located by the sea. The hotel has a big garden and the surrounding area is nice and quiet. This place does have the potential but room renovation is needed. Service and staff were alright.

Very nice hotel… superb view, excellent service specially at breakfast, egg station and staff very attentive. Rooms are nice, well maintained. Only one thing get less points is that hotel have 2 swimming pools and both are very small. Else everything perfect.. Highly recommended!! 👍

3 swimming pools, excellent breakfasts, right on the beach. We usually spend 2 nights, taking in a restaurant, a couple of hours next day eating sea food and grabbing a beer on the beach. Hotel has a nice outdoor restaurant overlooking beach road where you can grab more sea food, and cocktails if they take your fancy. 7-11 next door. Safe underground parking. I love the pools!

I drink water provided the hotel, my neck and head hurts with clogged like feelings. I took a shower to bathe, I was very sweaty with palpitation immediately after. But I was still ok. I eat food in the hotel, ny body felt much pain after. I left hotel room for less than ten minutes, hotel violates piracy and I felt someone from hotel entered my room and stole items or implicated me. Hotel staff and people kept making the same noises that made me had more pain. But it’s ok. Those are very typical hotels type. Those are very small issues and very common things in Thailand and many other places that always occur. The previous similar type of hotel only days ago stole my money of more than $200 in the most typical common tourism traps within less than 5hours upon arrival, during booking of the place while the hotel and premises made me feel discriminated and worse. But I’m used to receiving these hotel exploitation beyond safety that always occur.

First of all, improve the service of the receptionist, the way they talk and look suspicious because there are many people. Booked 3 rooms, said that the food is for 2 people per room, but another room bought a family room, 3 dishes of food is equal to buying 1 more food. The owner has not paid yet and said to check the people first, said after 8 pm. At first, the staff said 2 people bought more food. It's very funny. At first, asked the customer, the room that came first, the other 2 came later. Then asked, why don't you check the name and surname on the computer? The reservation already knows the room. No. The guard at the front door is very cute. The porter is very cute. When I left, I gave a tip of 40, willingly. When I went, I saw the porter frowning, so I didn't give it. I understand that there are a lot of people, but it's the service. The kiddie pool at the back has a lot of bird poop. A lot of leaves. The food is very good. But I have to say that I am very disappointed. I lost 3 rooms, almost ten thousand. Improve the service. Don't compare. I went to Thara Mantra, it was very good 5-6 times. There is no complaint.

I personally feel that this is an overall 3.5 star resort.😲 There were a lot of things that were not given to us such as toothbrush/toothpaste, my friends were given none and we had only one for two pax. The hair dryer was the old~~~ model as well. My friends' beds were soft while mine was super hard/firm. Why the difference in consistency across bedrooms though. :( All the jacuzzis were not working as well.☹️ Rooms and facilities were slightly old. You can tell from the poor switches and maintenance across the place. Nonetheless, the place was very near the beach and we love some of the hidden food gems we found near this resort.🤤 I would not book this again as I want to explore other resorts in the future. I would still recommend this hotel for travellers who are looking for a fairly affordable and comfortable place to stay. :)
