"I was impressed right from check-in, as I got my room an hour early. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable. The hotel's atmosphere was beautiful from every angle. After unpacking, I went for a refreshing swim to beat the heat. Later in the afternoon, I ordered coffee and relaxed at the cafe. In the evening, I had dinner at #SANDS BAR, which is a fantastic beachfront bar. Honestly, anyone visiting here absolutely shouldn't miss it, as the ambiance and service deserve a perfect 10/10! The staff provided excellent service and care. A special shout-out to #NongKie and NongMaprang, who were incredibly attentive and took wonderful care of every table. My sincere compliments! Thank you for this wonderful experience! 👍"

"The hotel is located opposite Cha-am Beach. Just cross the road and you will reach the beach. There are 2 swimming pools: a children's pool (with 2 slides) and an adult pool. There is also a rubber duck boat to play with. My son loves it. The breakfast is good, with a variety of choices and good taste. The room has very clear outside noise. People who have difficulty sleeping may not be able to sleep well (on the day we stayed, we could hear people talking in the hallway very clearly)."

"Older but clean and well maintained hotel covering beach road to back road. Old but sufficient, maintained gym equipments though threadmill arm section may need tightening to reduce noisy vibration during run. Nice small pool but unfortunately located not at beach side though I did not use due to dermatitis. Decent spread of buffet breakfast with 2 types of freshly cooked/on request cook fry eggs/pancake/french toast and omellette with chosen fillings. Table cleared efficiently and cleaned regularly. Staff both in reception and bkft friendly and warm."

"The room and the view were absolutely stunning, exactly as depicted in the photos. It's a small to medium-sized hotel. The staff's service was truly impressive; everyone was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always smiling. However, there were a couple of points to note. The alley leading to the hotel entrance was extremely dark at night, with no lighting. Outdoor parking is available. My only minor quibble was with the cleanliness in the room: the washbasin had noticeable stains, and when I turned on the jacuzzi, it felt quite dirty, with a lot of sediment coming out. Despite these issues, I generally enjoyed my stay. The stunning views really boosted my mood, and breakfast was decent."

"10/10 for the helpful and efficient reception staffs and parking lot 10/10 for the location on the beach 7/10 for family room cleanliness ( spacious but the couch was very dusty and dirt got on our shirts) We didn’t know why all our shirts had grey dusts on the back and later we found out. Your maids have not been cleaning the corners of the room, dusting the chairs and couch and not cleaning near the base of the toilet so it left a smell. We cleaned it when we arrived. 10/10 for TV size and function"

"We had a nice room with seaview. My friend room air con was spoiled but manage to repair. On our last days, the whole hotel had power trip and was not able to repair. The power trip again after a while. The hotel management should do some service recovery during that night. Since there is guest at the lobby, the staff should give out some drink or handly food during that time. No doubt the guest did not complain much but this gesture will make them happy. Overall, the staff is very courtesy n polite. Therefore, the hotel should standby light for the guest to use if the power trip again. Thanks"

"We enjoyed excellent service during our weekday stay. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a great layout. I particularly liked the double vanity, and the room also featured a large mirror. It was wonderful to be able to walk on the sandy beachfront. The breakfast selection was comprehensive."

"An extremely large hotel. Had stayed here in the past but it’s not what it once was as some amenities/services had been discontinued (spa closed) and others were extremely tired due to the passing of time (fitness center). The gardens and lounging spaces around the pool were very nice and comfortable and the poolside food and drink options good. The water quality of the pool could have been better. Exercise caution when selecting a room as some rooms are renovated and quite good and others are not. Sister property next door should be considered if one wants a top-level experience."

"Excellent breakfast, large pool and beautiful/modern facilities. The sfaff is very friendly. It's very good if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle. The beach in front of the hotel had a jellyfish sign and we didn't see anyone swimming on the beach, but you have an excellent pool to make up for it. There are also no restaurants nearby, but the hotel's restaurants are very good."
