The first feel of this beautiful resort was its cheerful, polite and extremely helpful staff. All room tips were conveyed clearly. The rooms were very comfortable and very pleasant.Room facilities were excellent. The food was very tasty and we loved both the bfast and dinner buffets. The nature landscape and mountain view was breathtaking. Thankyou team DLS for your courtesy.

We had a wonderful experience at DLS Dalhousie Valley Resort. For starters, it's a very picturesque property. The rooms as well as other facilities provided are great. The staff is incredibly helpful and professional. 100% would recommend.

An Unforgettable Stay! We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The place is simply stunning, with breathtaking views that made our stay truly special. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a variety of options that everyone in our group of 13 friends enjoyed. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From the supportive team to the attentive managers, everyone was kind and accommodating. Their hospitality truly stood out and made our trip even more enjoyable. This hotel is perfect for groups, families, or anyone looking for a great place to relax and have a memorable time. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to visit again!

This place is fabulous. Every room has a beautiful interior. Service is excellent the staff is very polite courteous and very prompt. They had so many guests but they still gave everyone complete attention. House keeping staff is also very prompt and helpful

The stay was amazing.. location is picturesque... and food is a chef's kiss... Very friendly atmosphere... all servers are very sweet and caring... must try experience... Its away from the hustle bustle of city.. a bit before dalhousie, in banikhet.. Nevertheless, beautiful experience

Whatever I say about HOTEL DALHOUSIE VALLEY is less.I stay here for two days, the rooms are very clean and hygienic. If we talk about the staff here, the manager here Mr. Shashi Kumar and Mr. Shiv Kumar are very humble people, they are ready to go out of the way for every work. Without whom the things here will remain incomplete. They are the food here and the chef here Mr. Ravi Kumar who personally comes and ask again and again for some more. I have an amazing experience of this tour and in making it special, the hotel of Dalhousie Valley is playing a big role. The area here, the climate here and more The location of the hotel is unique. The hotel has its own parking. If I say it in few words, I got the experience of heavenly bliss by coming
