已經第四次入住了，每次都特意從哈爾濱開兩個多小時車來。早餐種類有點少，口味一般，希望酒店早餐種類增加一些，小朋友的活動再多一些可玩性更好，下次還來！感謝餐廳的邱巖，小美女不但漂亮而且每次都熱情款待！

作為悦榕集團東三省首個resort，硬件環境很棒，坐落在濕地公園內。房間和公共區域設施都很好。看得出來一切遵循着悦榕的理念。十一期間人流應該算是高峯期，但沒有擁擠現象，可能還是偏小眾，一切體驗感還不錯。説下不足吧，早餐有點敷衍，品種少可以但品質不能打折呀，拿了三個茶蛋都不新鮮，速食和油炸物較多。冷凍加工食品較多，出於成本考慮可以理解。服務上很好，問題反饋很及時。説下期望，硬件要維護好，酒店新開始時間不長，做好長期維護工作很重要，希望能一如既往並能在軟件上稍有提升。總體來説是個很適合度假的酒店。期待下次再見。

十一帶娃住這家酒店，完全戳中了想“躲清凈”的需求！它家不是傳統酒店大樓，32棟獨立建築分散在園區裏，大堂、喜都全日制餐廳和泳池集中在主樓，我們住的7棟高級景觀雙床房，擺渡車可達。客房空間寬敞，衞生乾淨。新中式風格雅緻且富韻味，住進去會覺得放鬆。出門步行幾分鐘就能到濕地湖邊，看黑天鵝慢遊，比在市區擠景點舒服多了。
服務亮點：
1.前台工作人員態度熱情，辦理入住、退房手續高效，耐心解答各類疑問。
2.早餐廳的陳鑫工作人員服務格外貼心：我家孩子剛過1米4，正好達到早餐收費標準，沒想到他主動提醒“您先用餐，一會兒出來我給您打個折或是免費”，一句話讓我們特別暖心，也感受到了酒店的靈活與善意。
3.客房服務響應及時，提出的需求（如補充用品、冰塊等）能快速解決，服務過程禮貌周到。
4.酒店其他崗位工作人員（如保潔、安保）也十分禮貌，遇到時會主動問好，看到我們帶孩子、拎行李，還會主動搭把手。
唯一糟心的是個別住客的素質問題——早餐廳裏常有大量的剩菜堆在桌上、餐巾紙扔在地上；泳池更衣室裏，明明有專門放浴巾的筐和垃圾桶，還是有人把用過的浴巾、雜物隨便丟。其實全程能看到工作人員不停打掃，但十一客人較多，偶爾還是顧不過來，真心呼籲住客愛護公共環境。
