"I arrived at midnight. Ctrip customer service had already informed the hotel that I am a top-tier Ctrip partner, yet there were no welcome fruits. They claimed I was upgraded to an executive room, but it was honestly worse than even a Hanting Hotel nowadays. The room was tiny, the facilities were outdated, it was on a low floor, and the hallway was dimly lit – I'm not sure if it was to save electricity. Outside the window, all I could see were ruins and a stalled construction site. Most importantly, the hygiene was terrible; every corner of the bathroom and the carpet was covered in long female hair. For a five-star hotel, they provided the cheapest Ice Dew bottled water. The breakfast selection wasn't rich enough, and a single night cost nearly 700. It's truly not worth the price. This is the worst five-star hotel I've ever stayed in, and I will never come back."
