Even though the hotel is a bit dated, the facilities and cleanliness are excellent. The doorman service, like opening the door and helping with luggage, was spot on. We were heading out for an early market breakfast, so we didn't book the hotel breakfast and can't comment on it."

"I was initially worried the Yingbin Building might be too old, so we stayed in the Guibin Building instead. However, visiting the Yingbin Building in person, it's actually quite nice. The room was clean and hygienic; we stayed in a suite which was very convenient for a family of four. The soundproofing at the hotel is excellent – once the windows are closed, you can't hear anything from outside. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, though the coffee was instant."

Unfortunately, after a long and tiring day exploring Jingyuetan Lake, I was too exhausted to visit it, which was a real shame. Jingyuetan Lake is definitely worth a visit, but just strolling around South Lake offers a pleasant enough experience."

"Our first stop on this trip was a hotel converted from an old building with nearly a hundred years of history. The staff at the front desk, both the gentlemen and ladies, were warm and attentive. The room was clean and hygienic. It's located opposite Victory Park, which is over a hundred years old, and the subway exit is just a minute or two away. The courtyard is beautifully decorated, perfect for taking photos, and you can even borrow traditional outfits for free at the front desk. Highly recommended!"
