I suddenly decided to go to Changchun during the Chinese New Year, and as usual, I booked the Atour Hotel. Because of the location, we booked the Atour Hotel near Gongnong University. The service of Yaduo is really amazing. I arrived at the store on the first day of the Chinese New Year, and the water was cut off in the middle of my shower at night... I went to the front desk with bubbles all over my head. The lady at the front desk immediately asked the housekeeping department to check the reason in the room. After learning that there was a problem with the water supply in the whole building, they actively helped to solve the problem of washing my hair. Their attitude was very good. After the water supply system was restored, they came to apologize and gave us a small gift. This stay made me realize the responsibility and enthusiasm of Atour. I will order Atour next time. By the way, you can watch the sunrise every day from the 21st floor.

Atour is really nice. The front desk was very friendly and helped me get children's supplies for my baby. The breakfast was also good and my family had a very happy meal! The bedding is really good. The deep sleep mattress and pillow are my favorites. I will come again in the future.
