首先，民宿整體佈局非常好，樓上樓下空間很大，排名前五，客服小哥哥也是非常細心，地址導航房號以及電梯卡房間鑰匙也很詳細，屋子陽面透氣，洗衣機衣櫃沙發桌子等設備齊全去，價格實惠位置距中心，是一家超級不錯的民宿，本人親測，推薦給來長春的小夥伴們！

住5續4，不退按金。走後一兩天催過，7月份催過，一個月沒有後續。
那就好好説説各個地方不足。
1.床罩內的床單有血，不多但很影響人住感，個人潔癖沒那麼大所以沒怎麼説。
2.投影屏幕白牆，勉強接受了。但是旁邊上下樓樓梯很危險，反正能小心就要特別小心。
3.2層的欄桿很多灰塵非常不牢固，還有説有阿姨扔垃圾住那就沒見過。當然下面角角落落灰塵也不少，包括牆上的腳印？
後面可能要很多次去長春，這本來是我看好的一家，也打算常去的。現在看看也就如此了。也是，公寓要什麼回頭客對吧，能坑就坑。發評論我也是能救就救。

絕對的物超所值，民宿裝修非常不錯，這個價格有這個質量的房子我是沒有想到的。房東姐姐非常熱情，處理問題處理的非常的快，基本上有問題都會秒回然後幫着想解決方案。來打掃的保潔大哥大姐也很熱情。樓下有非常多超市，買東西非常方便，新天地有24小時的早餐供應。樓裏自帶一個菜鳥驛站，下個電梯不用出公寓大門就能取到快遞，門口一排常年等客的出租車司機，出門不用叫滴滴，直接走就行，十分方便。離中東大市場差不多一公里的路，那邊很多小吃，可以晚上一邊投影電影一邊吃。總之十分滿意。

位置很好找，停車也蠻方便的，前台的服務管家也很贊有什麼不明白的問題，第一時間耐心詳細的給瞭解答。房間裝修的非常精緻又有風格，隔音效果也很好，房間衞生非常乾淨，感覺非常舒服。房間床都是宏益床墊，很舒服睡得很香，安全門禁也很好，感覺很安全很踏實。還有智能語音控制系統，真的是太愛了。給人一種在家的感覺就很放鬆，休息的也就非常好，相當不錯的一次體驗，還會再來~

升級了浴缸房，房間特別乾淨，枕頭和被子都是新換的，還能看到沒撫平的摺痕，鏡子擦得也特別乾淨，側面都看不到水印，大白牆是用來投影的，看電影特別清晰！
